How do I record a service provider’s holiday or absence in Rekaz?

To record a service provider’s holiday or absence in Rekaz, open the provider’s Actions menu from Specialists, choose Add Holiday, then enter the dates and holiday details.


You can record holiday types such as Vacation, Sick Leave, personal leave, or Public Holiday. Use Full Day for leave that covers the entire day; turn it off for a partial period.


Steps

  1. Open Beauty Experts and select Actions beside the provider.

    The provider Actions menu opens.

  2. Select Add Holiday.

    The Add Holiday dialog opens for that provider.

  3. Set Start Date and End Date.

    The absence date range is configured.

  4. Leave Full Day enabled for full-day absence, or disable it for a specific time range.

    The holiday duration matches the absence.

  5. Choose Vacation, Sick Leave, Personal Leave, Break, Public Holiday, or Other.

    The Holiday Type is selected.

  6. Optionally enter a description, then select Save.

    The provider absence is submitted.

Important notes


Use Full Day when the holiday covers the whole day. Turn it off when the leave period is only partial.
