How do I set up event operations in Rekaz?
Rekaz does not provide a separate event-ticketing feature in this workflow. You can set up and test an event operation by organising its services, team availability, customer records, bookings, Cashier collection flow, and reporting.
Start with a small setup—one service and one Service Provider—then expand it after you have tested the full workflow.

From Home, select Services in the sidebar. Set up a service that represents what your event offers.
The Services page is open, where you can work with the event service.
Select Specialists in the sidebar. Set the actual availability for your event team in their schedules.
The Specialists area is open, where you can review and adjust team availability.
Select Customers in the sidebar. Create or maintain the customer record needed for event operations and follow-up.

Select Reservations in the sidebar. Test creating a complete booking for an event service before accepting real bookings.
