Website contact details in Rekaz: phone, WhatsApp, email and social accounts

Choose the contact destinations customers should use. Check each number and account independently, especially when different teams handle calls, WhatsApp and email.

Mobile Number and country selector

Choose the country associated with the business’s mobile number, then enter that number in the displayed format. The country selector and number work together; a national number entered under the wrong country can fail validation or represent the wrong destination.

Use a number intended for customer contact. You can leave the field blank if you do not want to supply a mobile number here. Once you enter a value, it must be a valid number of the appropriate type; a partial number is not a usable alternative to leaving the field empty.

Whatsapp Number and country selector

Enter the business number customers should use on WhatsApp. It has its own country selector and is independent of Mobile Number. Check the actual number you use for WhatsApp instead of assuming that copying the mobile contact will always be right.

The field can be left blank. If you enter a number, review both its country and its digits before saving. The website button setting below is a separate choice.

Add WhatsApp Button to Website

Enable this when you want visitors to have a WhatsApp contact button. Review the Whatsapp Number alongside the switch: the number identifies the destination, while the switch determines whether you want the contact button shown. Changing the number alone is not the same decision as enabling the button.

Landline Number and country selector

Use this for a fixed-line business contact. Include the area code shown by the number format; the Saudi placeholder gives an example beginning with 011. Use the country selector for the country that the landline belongs to.

Leave the field empty when you do not have a landline to publish. If you enter one, it must be a valid landline-compatible number. Do not put an extension or an explanatory sentence in place of the telephone number.

Email Address

Enter the mailbox customers should use to contact the business. Use a complete address, such as the business’s own support mailbox, rather than a display name. Check spelling carefully: a correctly formatted address can still belong to the wrong person.

The field is optional. A nonempty value must have a valid email-address format.

X (Twitter)

Use this field for the business’s X (Twitter) account. The placeholder asks for a username. Check the account on this platform itself before entering it; the same name on another social network may belong to someone else.
