Write with AI in Rekaz: requesting, reviewing and applying a suggestion
Use the writing assistant to revise text you understand and can verify. A useful instruction identifies the change you want and the facts that must stay accurate.

Write with AI
Open this control beside the field you want to revise. Start with the business facts the text should preserve. For a description, those might be the services you actually provide and the area you serve. Do not expect the assistant to know details you have not supplied.
Ask for a change…
Explain the desired edit in up to 1,000 characters. For example, “Shorten this to two sentences, keep the service names and remove repeated wording” gives the assistant a specific editing task. Your instruction guides the suggestion; it is not the text that will appear on the website.
Improve / Generate suggestion
With an empty instruction, Improve requests a general revision. After you enter an instruction, the action becomes Generate suggestion. Wait for the result before deciding whether to accept it.
A suggestion can sound polished and still contain an incorrect detail. Review service names, opening hours, prices and promises against the information you intended to provide.
Cancel in the initial prompt
Cancel closes the initial prompt without applying a replacement to the original field. Use it when you decide to keep writing yourself.

Edit suggestion
Read the proposed text and correct small details directly in its text area. This is useful when the structure works but a word or phrase needs changing. The business-description suggestion editor allows up to 6,000 characters; that is this suggestion editor’s limit, not a limit for every platform field.
Use text
Use text places the reviewed suggestion in the original field. Review the field afterward, then save the Website Options page when all your changes are ready. Accepting a suggestion and saving the page are separate actions.
An empty suggestion cannot be applied. If the original field has changed since you requested the suggestion, request a fresh version based on the current text.
Review, edit, use or discard a suggestion
Another suggestion
Request another version when the current proposal does not suit the tone or structure you want. Compare its meaning with your original facts; different wording does not remove the need to check accuracy.
Ask for changes
Use this to revise the current proposal with a specific instruction, such as keeping its first sentence but shortening the rest. The proposal remains available above the refinement prompt, so you can identify exactly what needs changing.
Cancel while refining
Cancel in this view returns to the current suggestion. It does not discard that suggestion. Use Discard if you want to close it without applying anything.
Request a specific revision to the current suggestion
Rate suggestion
Open the menu and choose I like this suggestion or This suggestion needs improvement according to the result. Feedback is separate from accepting the wording. Rating a proposal does not put it into the business-description field or save your settings.
Feedback choices for the suggestion
Discard
Discard closes the suggestion and leaves the original field unchanged. Use it when the proposal is unsuitable or you prefer the existing wording.
