Format website text in Rekaz: headings, lists, links, colors and images
Use the toolbar inside the terms or privacy editor to make a long document readable. Choose the language first, then format the relevant text and check the page preview.
Settings → Website Options
English / العربية
These buttons choose the content version you are editing. They do not translate existing text automatically. Check the selected language before pasting a policy, especially when its other version already contains text.
Undo
Undo reverses a recent change in this editor. The arrow is disabled when there is no available edit to undo. It does not reverse unrelated settings elsewhere on the page.
Redo
Redo restores an editor change you just undid. It is available only when the editor history contains an action to restore.
Bold
Select a short important phrase, then choose Bold to emphasize it. Avoid making a whole policy bold; readers need a visible distinction between emphasis and ordinary text.
Italic
Apply Italic to selected words when you want a visual distinction, such as a brief note. Check the preview to make sure the chosen language remains easy to read.
Strikethrough
This crosses out the selected text visually while leaving the words in the document. If a statement should no longer be part of your policy, decide whether deleting or rewriting it is clearer than leaving crossed-out wording.
H1
Use H1 for the highest-level heading inside the editor. Place the cursor in the paragraph to turn into a heading. Choose it for document structure, not simply to enlarge an ordinary sentence.
H2
Use H2 for a main section below the document’s top heading, such as cancellation terms or booking changes. Consistent headings help readers find a topic without reading the entire page.
H3
Use H3 for a subsection within an H2 section. Keep the heading levels in a sensible order so a subsection does not appear more prominent than the section it belongs to.
Bulleted list
Use bullets for related points that do not need a specific sequence, such as documents a customer should bring. Put one point in each list item.
Numbered list
Use numbering when sequence matters, such as steps for requesting a booking change. Keep the instructions in the order the customer should perform them.
Link / Link URL / Add Link
Select the words that should be clickable and open the link control. Enter the full destination address, then choose Add Link. Use meaningful link wording, such as “Cancellation details,” so readers know what will open.
The address identifies the destination; the selected words are what the customer reads. Review both before saving.

Link destination and Add Link
Text-color swatches
Select the relevant text and choose a swatch from the palette. Pick a color that remains readable on the page background. An important condition should be clear in words, even for a reader who cannot distinguish the chosen color.
Custom color and hexadecimal value
Use the custom color control or enter a complete six-digit hexadecimal value, such as #374151. These controls choose the text color. Check the result in the editor rather than relying on the appearance of the small swatch alone.

Preset colors and custom color inputs
URL / Image URL
Choose URL when the image already has a web address. Enter the address of the image itself in Image URL. This inserts content into the text document; it does not change the separate brand logo or browser-tab icon.
Alt Text
Describe the information the image communicates. For a location diagram, a useful description identifies the entrance or meeting point rather than repeating a filename. Keep it relevant to the reader’s task.
Insert Image
Insert Image places the supplied image at the editor position. Check its position and the page preview before saving. If it interrupts a sentence or separates a heading from its paragraph, adjust the document so it remains easy to follow.

Image address, alternative text and insertion
Upload / Click to upload image
Choose Upload to select an image from your computer instead of providing its URL. Wait for processing to finish and check the inserted image. A completed upload does not replace the page’s Save action.

Image file selection
Save
Review each language’s content and the page preview, then save Website Options. Editor formatting and previews show the current draft; they do not by themselves confirm that the website settings were saved.
