Use stamp configuration to choose qualifying services, free rewards and how customers collect stamps. Review the eligible-service list separately from the reward list.

Services that earn stamps
Select the purchases that should earn stamps. The list includes service price options, so a service with several options can appear more than once. Read the complete option before selecting it.
This is the earning list, while Free services for redemption defines what customers can receive as a reward. Choosing a service in one list does not express your intention for the other. Review both before saving.
Search within a service selector
Enter part of a service’s displayed name to narrow the options. Searching does not change the saved eligibility. Select the intended price option, then review your selections before saving the page.
Select All / Close
Select All adds the available choices when only part of the list is selected. Do not use it to clear a partial selection: that can add services you did not intend to include. If you need only a few services, select them individually and check the selected count and names.
Close dismisses the list. It does not save the configuration; use Save on the page after reviewing the full setup.
Free services for redemption
Choose the services that customers may receive as their free reward. Consider what you are willing to provide when the customer reaches the stamp threshold, then select the exact service options.
The reward need not be the same service that earns stamps. You can have eligible paid haircuts earn stamps while offering a different service as the reward. Check this reward list separately from the earning list.
Stamp eligibility, rewards and earning mode
How do customers earn stamps?
Per item counts each eligible item, while Per order awards one stamp for an eligible order regardless of how many items it contains. Choose based on whether you want progress to reflect the number of qualifying items purchased or the number of qualifying orders.
Review the service eligibility list alongside this choice. The mode controls how qualifying purchases are counted; it does not replace the decision about which services qualify.
A qualifying order contains three eligible items. Per item gives three stamps; Per order gives one. With an eight-stamp threshold, that single order therefore makes three stamps of progress in the first mode and one in the second.
Stamps for reward
Set how many stamps a customer needs to reach a reward. The minus and plus buttons allow whole numbers from 1 to 15 and stop at those limits.
Choose the threshold together with the earning mode. Eight stamps can represent eight qualifying orders in Per order mode, while an order containing several qualifying items can make faster progress in Per item mode. Above 10 stamps, the page displays a wallet-design recommendation; check that the card remains easy to read in the preview. The preview changes before you save.

Leaving a Google review
This switch enables the separate review-action reward described on the page. It requires Google Boost; when that prerequisite is unavailable, the switch is disabled and the page explains why.
Read the displayed eligibility explanation before enabling the action. The Google Boost link opens its setup. Save applies changes to the action reward.
Ordering online
Enable this if you want to reward the act of ordering online in addition to purchase-based stamp earning. The page describes one action reward for each paid order placed through your storefront or mobile app.
Turning it on reveals Stamps granted. Review that amount together with your normal earning rules, since this setting is an additional reason to grant stamps. Save is needed to apply the change.
Stamps granted
Enter the number of stamps granted for the enabled action. Use a positive whole number: 2 means two stamps for that action. This field appears when its action is enabled.
Check the value after leaving the field. Decimal input is reduced to a whole number, and values below 1 become 1; for example, 2.9 becomes 2. Enter the intended whole number directly and review it before saving.
Conditional online-order reward amount
Save
Review the earning services, reward services, earning mode, threshold and any action rewards together, then select Save. A successful save returns you to the loyalty dashboard. Reopen Stamps Configuration to check the stored values.
Do not rely on the card preview as confirmation of saving. It displays changes while you are still editing.
