Rekaz Loyalty: customer search, cards and balance adjustments
Find a loyalty customer, display their Apple Wallet card, and review or adjust their stamp balance. Check the customer before any adjustment.
Marketing Tools → Loyalty Program → Loyalty Customers
Search customers…
Start here when you need to check one customer’s balance or help them add their loyalty card. Enter their name, wait for the results, and open the matching row. If names are similar, check the identifying information shown in the row before continuing.
The search only narrows the list you are looking at. If it returns no results, shorten the name or check its spelling before concluding that the customer has no loyalty account.
Rows per page
Choose 10, 25, 50 or 100 rows according to how many customers you want to review at once. A larger value reduces the number of pages, but makes the current list longer. For a particular customer, searching by name is usually easier than increasing the page size.
Previous / next page
Use the arrows to move through the current results. A disabled arrow means you have reached the first or last page. The page count belongs to the current search results, so it can become much smaller after you search for a name.

Show Loyalty Card
Use Show Loyalty Card when the customer wants to add their card to Apple Wallet. Open it from that customer’s row and confirm the name in the dialog. The customer then scans the QR code using their iPhone camera and follows the instructions on their phone.
The code belongs to the customer you selected. Opening this dialog does not add stamps or redeem a reward; balance corrections are handled separately through View Details.

View Details
Open View Details before deciding that a balance needs correcting. The page brings together stamp progress, rewards ready to use, redeemed rewards and the activity history. Each answers a different question: the progress shows stamps, the reward counters show rewards, and the history helps explain how the account reached its current state.
Read the recent transactions rather than relying on one number. For example, the history can show a stamp earned from a purchase followed by a deduction for a refund. That pair of entries explains a change that might otherwise look like a missing stamp.
Adjust Stamps / amount
This field asks how many stamps to add or remove. It does not ask what the customer’s final balance should be. Enter a positive whole number to add stamps, or a negative whole number to deduct them. The plus and minus buttons change the entered adjustment by one.
Use an adjustment after you have checked the customer and the activity history and identified the difference that needs correcting. Review the sign carefully: 1 adds a stamp, while -1 removes one. Zero represents no change and leaves Save disabled.
Suppose a customer has 3 stamps, and your review confirms that one stamp was added twice. Enter -1 to remove that extra stamp. Do not enter 2: this field would interpret 2 as an instruction to add two more stamps, not to set the balance to two.
Save / Cancel
Before saving, check three things: the customer’s name, the adjustment amount, and whether its sign adds or removes stamps. Save submits that adjustment; typing the number alone does not apply it. After saving, review the resulting balance and activity before making another correction.
Choose Cancel if you opened the wrong customer or have not yet established the amount that needs correcting. It closes the editor without submitting the entered adjustment.

Back to Loyalty Program
Use Back to Loyalty Program to return to the customer list and program settings. Cancel any adjustment you do not intend to submit before leaving the customer page.
