Read and navigate a customer record in Rekaz

Last updated: September 22, 2026

Check the customer’s name before adding a note, task or attachment. Those forms belong to the record you have open. The profile brings together the customer’s reference, contact details and activity; each section answers a different question.

Search for another customer

Use this button to find another customer without returning to the main list. Enter the name, mobile number or customer reference in the search window. Start with information that distinguishes the person: a common first name can match several records.

The empty window asks you to search; it is not a list of every customer. A search with no matches shows No records found. Check the spelling or try the customer reference before deciding that a new record is needed.

Customer search result

Select the matching result to open that customer’s record. Typing a name only searches; it does not select a customer, change their details or move information between records.

After selecting a result, check the heading on the record before continuing. For example, when two family members share a surname, compare the available contact information instead of selecting the first familiar name.

Search window: Close

Close leaves you on the current customer. Reopening the search starts with an empty query, so enter the information for the next person you want to find.

Details

Details expands or collapses the Customer Info section. Collapse it when you want more room to read the record, and expand it again to check the reference, mobile number, branch and creation date. Hiding this section does not remove those details.

Customer Number and Mobile Number

In Customer Info, Customer Number is the record’s reference. Mobile Number is the phone contact shown on a separate line. Use the reference when a colleague needs to locate this exact record, especially if names are similar.

The customer edit form uses Customer Number beside a country flag for the phone input. Read the surrounding controls: the reference on this summary and the phone input in that form are different values.

Copy beside Customer Number

The copy icon beside the reference copies that number. It does not copy the phone number or the whole customer record. Paste it into the search or the place where you need the reference, then check that it is the intended value.

Show QR Code / Close

Show QR Code opens a separate window for the current customer’s code. Check the customer before opening it. The window has Close controls; closing it returns to the record.

This window has no separate download or print button. Viewing it does not create a reservation or update the customer’s details.

Language

The badge below the customer’s name shows the language associated with that customer. It is different from your platform interface language: the badge can say English while the page controls are in Arabic. Use customer editing to review the preference.

Branch

Read this as the branch information saved with the customer. If it needs changing, use the customer edit form and review the branch selection there. Switching the branch for your own platform session is a separate control.

Created At

This date and time describe when the customer record was created. They are not the customer’s birth date, the next appointment or the date of the most recent activity. Read those details in their own fields or sections.
