Find customers in Rekaz: search, dates, branches and custom-field filters
Use filters to narrow the customer list without changing customer records. Keep an eye on the applied conditions below the search box: a correct name can still return no results when another condition excludes that customer.
Customers → Filter
Name or Number or Mobile Number
Search using the customer’s name, customer reference number or mobile number. This narrows the list; it does not create a customer or change their details. Check the applied search chip to see the query currently affecting the results.
If the customer is missing, first check the spelling or number and the other active filters. Clearing a date or custom-field condition can reveal a record that was excluded even though the search text was correct.
Branch
Choose one branch to find customers associated with it. All leaves the branch unrestricted. This filter selects a branch to search by; it does not move a customer to that branch or change the branches saved in their record.

Customer filter fields
Days of the week
Choose subscription occurrence days, such as Sunday and Tuesday. This field concerns the days on a subscription; it is not the weekday on which the customer record was created. You can select more than one day.
Search inside the list to find a weekday, select the required choices, then close the list. Check the displayed selections before applying the filters.

Subscription weekdays
Created At: start and end dates
Choose the first and last date for customer-record creation. For example, a range from 13 to 14 September looks for records created in that period; it does not filter appointment dates.
Use the calendar’s month and year selectors or previous/next controls to reach the dates. Review both endpoints shown in the field before choosing Show Results. The small clear control beside a selected range removes that date restriction.

Creation-date range
Birth Day: Month
Choose a birth month to find customers whose recorded birthday falls in that month. Leave Month unchanged to avoid restricting the month. For a September birthday list across different ages, choose September and leave the year empty.
Birth Day: Day
Choose a day from 1 to 31. With a month selected, this narrows the search to that month and day. Leaving Day unchanged keeps all days eligible. Make sure the combination is a real date; choosing a day that does not occur in the selected month will not identify the birthday you intend.
Birth Day: Year
Enter the birth year only when it matters to the search. A year makes the filter about a particular birth year, not everyone celebrating a birthday on the same month and day. Customers without a recorded birth date cannot match a specified birthday condition.
Campaign (utm_campaign)
Search the campaign selector and choose the campaign associated with the customers you want to find. This is a customer-attribution filter. Selecting a campaign here does not edit it, launch it or send anything to customers.
Keep the campaign condition separate from Created At: one identifies the campaign, while the other restricts when customer records were created. Both can be active together.

Advanced Search / Hide Advanced Search
Open Advanced Search to see filters for supported custom fields configured by your business. Each field has a comparison and, where needed, a value.
Hide Advanced Search only folds away the controls. It does not clear their conditions. If the list remains unexpectedly empty, review the applied custom-field chips or use Reset.
Custom-field comparison
Equal asks for a matching answer; Not Equal asks for a different answer. Contains and Does Not Contain look for the chosen text within an answer. Starts With and Ends With compare the beginning or end. Choose the comparison deliberately before selecting the value.
Is Empty finds records without an answer, while Not Empty finds records with an answer. These two comparisons hide the value input because there is no text or option to compare against. Use them when you need to find missing information rather than choosing a negative text comparison.
For example, if you want to ask customers for their preferred contact time, use Is Empty on that field. Not Empty excludes those unanswered records instead. Neither filter sends a request to the customer.

Custom-field comparisons
Custom-field value
Choose the value that belongs with the comparison. A list field offers the choices configured for that field; for example, Morning or Afternoon for Preferred contact time. Leaving the value unselected is different from choosing Is Empty. The latter explicitly asks for missing answers.
Show Results
Apply the current filter choices to the customer list. The applied chips show which conditions are affecting it. If you combine a name search with Not Empty for a field that customer has not answered, the result can correctly be empty.
No data found means no record matches the current combination; it does not mean the customer was deleted. Review the chips and remove or reset restrictions before creating a duplicate customer.

Applied conditions and no matching results
Reset
Use Reset to clear the list’s active search and filter restrictions. Check the search box afterward: a name search is part of what gets reset, so enter it again if you still want to focus on that customer. Reset changes the view, not the customer records.
Close
Close the filter panel when you do not want to apply its current draft changes. To apply them, use Show Results. Closing a nested calendar or choice list only returns you to the filter panel; it is not the same as applying the whole set of filters.
