Start using Rekaz’s smart assistant and connection options

Last updated: September 15, 2026

For help inside the dashboard, open Rekaz Agent and enter your request. To work from ChatGPT, Claude or Codex, open App Store, choose Connect your AI assistant to Rekaz (MCP), and select your app. Rekaz Agent conversations happen inside Rekaz; an external assistant’s conversation happens in the app you connected.

The assistant can help find business records, summarize reservations and sales, and prepare actions such as bookings, offers or service changes within your permissions. Start with a small, precise request you can check. This example finds the service named قص, reads its price and duration, and compares the response with the service definition. Connecting a business assistant does not automatically set up a bot to answer customer messages.

Before you start

Rekaz dashboard → Rekaz Agent. External connection options are in App Store.

  • Sign in to the intended business and staff account. The assistant is limited to that account’s allowed data and actions; connecting it does not grant the staff member extra permissions.

  • Choose an example from your business. قص is the service name in this example; your names, prices and durations can differ. Use a complete name or record number to distinguish similar results.

  • External use requires an account and connection support in that app. Its account and workspace policies are separate from the integration’s Enabled status in Rekaz.

1. Open Rekaz Agent

Select Rekaz Agent in the sidebar. If an earlier conversation is open, select New conversation for a new topic. Other pages also offer an Open Rekaz Agent button.

2. Review the execution mode

Open the execution-mode menu above the message box. Choose Review every change if you want to review edits before they run. If it is already selected, keep it and close the menu. The following example only reads data.

3. Enter a precise request

For example, enter: “Find the service named exactly قص. Show its price and reservation duration. Read only; do not change any data.” Substitute your own service name, then select Send message. Wait for the answer instead of repeating the request during processing.

4. Read the answer and identify the record

Check the service name and returned values. The example shows قص at 50 SAR for 20 minutes. If a different service or several matches appear, clarify the name or record number before requesting an action.

Read the answer and identify the record — Price

5. Verify the service definition

Open Services, search for the same name and open the exact match. Compare Amount and Customize Duration, including its unit, with the answer. The example is 50 SAR and 20 Minute, with prices including tax. Go back without saving when you only intend to inspect the record.

Verify the service definition — Amount*

6. Find the external connection option

To work from an external app, open App Store and search for MCP. Select Manage on Connect your AI assistant to Rekaz (MCP). Enabled describes the integration’s availability in Rekaz; the external app still needs its own connection setup.

Find the external connection option — Manage

7. Choose the app and read its setup

Select ChatGPT, Claude or Codex. Review Manual connection and its connection details, or expand Connect with help from the app to copy the setup message. Use your app’s instructions and the notes below. Enter the complete server URL as shown, finish browser sign-in from your chosen app, and check the connected business and staff account before requesting data or changes.

Result

You obtain an answer inside Rekaz Agent, compare it with the underlying record, and know where to find connection instructions for your chosen external app.

Do I need to activate it? If Rekaz Agent appears, open it directly. If the MCP card in App Store is Enabled, select Manage to view setup. Enabled in Rekaz does not establish that an external account has finished sign-in or can retrieve your business data.

Begin with a question, then request a specific action when needed. Examples: “Show tomorrow’s reservations with status and branch”; “Compare service sales for September 1–7 with the previous period”; or “Prepare a price change for this exact service and show the details before saving.” Specify dates, branches and services instead of requesting a change to everything.

In Rekaz Agent, Review every change requests approval before changing data. Auto-run safe changes allows creation and updates without approving each non-destructive change; the interface states that destructive changes and publishing require approval. Do not assume every request will show a confirmation when automatic execution is selected. Check names, amounts and scope in any approval request.

Current page supplies context from the screen you are working on. Check its label, remove irrelevant context or start a New conversation for a different topic. Page context does not replace identifying the intended customer or service in your request.

Treat the response as a summary to check. For a count or total, specify whether you mean reservation services or every service type, and which dates, statuses and branches apply. Match these filters and the amount definition before comparing it with a report.

To connect ChatGPT: open Settings, Security and login, then Developer mode if available. Open Plugins, select the plus button, and enter a name such as Rekaz MCP, a clear description and the full server URL shown in Rekaz. Create the connection and complete Rekaz sign-in in the browser. In a new chat, add the MCP connection from the tools menu; Rekaz’s instructions also describe starting the request with @Rekaz MCP. Check the connected business and staff account. If Developer mode is missing, check your account or workspace policy.

To connect Claude: open Customize, Connectors, then + and Add custom connector. Enter Rekaz MCP and the server URL shown in Rekaz. Leave the advanced client fields empty for this route. Select Add, then Connect, and complete sign-in. Enable the connector for the conversation through + and Connectors. Rekaz’s instructions may call the first area Settings instead of Customize. For Team and Enterprise, an organization owner adds the connector before each member connects their own account.

To connect Codex: select its tab on the Rekaz MCP page and copy the two displayed commands into Terminal on the computer where you use Codex. Run them separately: add the rekaz server, then log in to it. Complete browser sign-in and start a new session to check your current store context. The connection name is not a password. Do not put passwords or login codes in chat.

Connect with help from the app offers a setup message to copy into your chosen app. Send it to that app, not to Rekaz’s support conversation. The message helps with setup; you still need to complete sign-in and review access.

After external setup, ask the assistant to identify the connected business and staff account, then try a small query whose result you can verify. Connection status alone is insufficient. If data retrieval fails, check that the connector is enabled for the conversation, verify the Rekaz account and permissions, and use Fix a problem on the setup page.

If Rekaz Agent is missing or an unavailable message appears, refresh the page and check with your account administrator or Rekaz support. Establish the required data and action instead of connecting a more privileged staff account merely to bypass a denial.

A prepared action or an assistant response does not prove a booking or offer was saved. Open the resulting record in Rekaz and check its status. If a creation response is delayed, check whether the record already exists before repeating the request.
