Website checkout in Rekaz: cart limits, payment choices and confirmation

Last updated: September 22, 2026

Review these settings together. Cart limits affect what a customer can select; payment and confirmation choices affect what happens after booking. The success message should match that process.

Settings → Website Options → Checkout

Single Service Only in Cart

Enable this when you want the website cart to be limited to one service at a time. Leave it off when customers should be able to build a cart containing more than one service. Decide based on how you intend customers to book rather than simply matching another business’s settings.

This switch changes the cart choice. A minimum-order amount is a separate rule, so review the two together: a cart limited to one service still needs a realistic way to reach any minimum you set.

Hide Duration

Use this when you do not want service duration shown in the relevant website cart display. This is a presentation choice. It does not give a service a new duration; change the service’s scheduling details when the appointment itself needs a different length.

Enable Minimum Order Amount and amount

Enable the switch to reveal the minimum amount field, then enter the minimum you intend to require. Review it against the services customers can actually buy. For example, a minimum of 250 and a single-service-only cart need to make sense together if some services cost less than that amount.

The switch and amount are a pair. Turning the minimum off removes the configured minimum from the saved settings; simply hiding the input by changing tabs does not. Enter the amount deliberately and review it before saving. Do not rely on an empty number field as a clear way to express your intended rule.

Allow paying the full amount when a deposit applies

Enable this when a customer should be able to choose full payment even when a deposit is available. This controls the full-payment choice alongside deposit payment. It does not itself set the deposit value for a service.

Review it together with the service’s payment setup. A customer’s payment choice and the conditions for automatically confirming the booking are separate settings.

Auto confirm free reservations

Use this when bookings with a zero invoice amount should be confirmed automatically. Consider the workflow you want for free services or orders reduced to zero before enabling it. A zero invoice amount and an unpaid positive amount are different situations.

Auto confirm when paid

Use this when a paid invoice should cause the associated reservation to be confirmed automatically. Keep it aligned with the team’s process: if someone must review bookings first, automatic confirmation is a consequential choice.

This switch concerns the confirmation status. It does not compose the message customers see after booking; that wording belongs in Success Message.

Success Message

Write the message you want customers to see after completing a reservation. Make the next step clear. For example, if your actual process requires review, use a message that explains that review rather than promising that every booking is already confirmed.

Review this text whenever you change the automatic-confirmation settings. The wording should match what the system and your team will do next. Leave the field empty if you want to use the default success message.

Save

Save applies the Website Options form across its tabs. Review all your unsaved changes before saving, including tabs you have left. A preview alone does not apply the settings.

If a required field is missing, correct the highlighted field. For example, an enabled banner needs its announcement text, and maintenance mode needs both a title and a description.
