Rekaz specialists: recurring schedules and one-day changes
A weekly schedule describes the normal pattern. A dated override changes one occurrence of that pattern. Choose the scope before changing the hours: a late start next Monday does not necessarily mean every Monday should start late.
Specialists → specialist name → Schedule Options or a dated time badge
Add Schedule
Choose Schedule Options → Add Schedule to create another weekly pattern for this specialist. The form opens with validity dates and the weekly hours editor. It does not ask for a separate schedule name in this profile.
Use Add Schedule for a new pattern. To correct an existing pattern, find its saved entry and edit it so the old record is not accidentally left alongside a new one.

Schedule Start Date / Schedule End Date
The date range controls when the weekly pattern applies. Leave Never for an ongoing pattern, or choose a specific end date for temporary hours. Use the clear control beside an end date to remove that end limit.
A Monday selected in a schedule starting September 17 does not apply to Monday September 14. Check the calendar week against the validity dates before treating a Not Working label as a lost schedule.
Weekly days and working periods
Enable the working days and enter their start and end times. Each day can have several periods, with plus, copy and remove controls. The linked weekly-hours guide explains those controls and their reset behavior in detail.
Review the whole week before saving, especially when copying hours between days. The Add Holiday shortcut opens a separate time-off form; the holiday is a separate record from the recurring working pattern.
Add / Update / Close
Add saves a new schedule; Update saves edits to an existing one. Review the saved entry in View schedules after the form closes, including both the weekly hours and validity dates.
Close is not a save action. When the form prompts about unsaved changes, Keep Editing returns to the draft and Discard Changes leaves without saving those edits.
Edit Schedule: choose the scope
Click a recurring time badge in the calendar and choose Edit Schedule. The next dialog offers Override This Day’s Schedule and Edit Entire Schedule. Read this choice before proceeding.
For a single late arrival on September 21, choose the one-day override. For a permanent change to Monday working hours within this schedule’s date range, choose the entire schedule.

Override This Day’s Schedule
Review Shift Date, Start Time and End Time, then Save. This replaces that day’s schedule with the hours you enter; use Add Shift when your intention is to add a separate temporary period.
For example, replace September 21’s 9 AM–5 PM with 11 AM–3 PM. The next Monday keeps the recurring 9 AM–5 PM pattern. Check both the changed date and a later occurrence to confirm you chose the intended scope.

Edit Entire Schedule
This opens the weekly editor and the schedule’s validity dates. Change the recurring pattern and choose Update. A Monday changed from 9 AM–5 PM to 10 AM–4 PM applies as the regular Monday pattern in that schedule.
An existing one-day override remains separate. A September 21 override of 11 AM–3 PM can remain in place while September 28 follows the new 10 AM–4 PM pattern. If one date still differs after your update, check for its temporary entry before editing the weekly pattern again.

View schedules and check the calendar week
Schedule Options → View schedules separates Work schedules, Ad-hoc Shifts and Holidays. Find an entry by its dates and hours before using its Edit or Delete action. A temporary entry and a recurring entry are not interchangeable.
The week selector lets you choose a date to show its week. This Week returns to the current week and is disabled when that week is already shown. A schedule outside the displayed week’s dates may be saved correctly even though no hours appear in that week.
