Rekaz specialists: copy schedules to other specialists

Last updated: September 22, 2026

Use Copy All Schedules when another specialist should follow an existing work pattern. Start from the specialist whose schedule you want to use, then choose the destinations. This replaces their recurring schedules; decide separately whether their dated overrides and holidays should also be replaced.

Specialists → source specialist’s Actions → Copy All Schedules

Copy All Schedules

Open Actions on the row of the specialist whose schedules should be copied. Read the name in the copy-dialog heading: it identifies the source. The people you select inside the dialog are destinations.

The destination’s recurring schedules are replaced by the source’s schedules, including their validity periods. This is not an extra schedule layered onto the destination’s existing recurring patterns. Check that the source’s days, hours and start/end dates are suitable before copying.

Select Beauty Experts

Click each intended destination and check the selected count beneath the list. Click a selected row again to remove it. The source specialist is not included as a destination.

Copy stays unavailable until at least one destination is selected. If you are setting up one new colleague, select that person alone rather than applying the change to the whole team.

Select All / Deselect All

Select All selects all destinations available in the dialog. The label changes to Deselect All, which clears the selection. It does not mean “all specialists currently visible in the weekly grid.”

Review the count before copying. A name or date filter on the specialists page can leave just one or two rows visible, while the copy dialog still offers many more destinations.

Include schedule overrides

Leave this off to keep each destination’s existing dated overrides and temporary shifts. The source’s regular schedule is still copied, but its dated exceptions are not brought across.

Turn it on when the destinations should receive the source’s dated overrides too. Their existing overrides are replaced. For example, a destination with a one-day 5 PM start keeps it when this is off; if the source has a 4 PM start that day, turning this on replaces the destination’s exception with 4 PM. Review individual arrangements before including them.

Include holidays

Leave this off to preserve the destination’s holidays without copying the source’s holidays. Turn it on to replace the destination’s holidays with the source’s holidays.

The copied holiday includes its dates and details, such as its type and description. For example, a source’s training day can be copied to the rest of the team, but including holidays also replaces the destinations’ own holiday records. Use this only when that shared holiday arrangement is intended.

Cancel / Close

Cancel or Close leaves the schedules unchanged. Reopening the dialog starts with no destinations selected and both optional switches off.

Selecting names or switching the options does not itself copy anything. This lets you review the scope before committing it with Copy.

Copy and review the destination

Recheck the source name, destination count and both switches, then choose Copy. This applies the change directly; there is no additional profile Save step for this action.

Open a destination’s profile and use Schedule Options → View schedules. Review Work schedules, Ad-hoc Shifts and Holidays separately, along with the validity dates. Repeating Copy All Schedules replaces the recurring set again rather than appending another copy.

The source remains unchanged. If destinations need individual differences afterward, edit their own schedules and exceptions.
