Rekaz specialists: capacity, recovery time and commission
Capacity controls how many people or booking units the specialist can serve at once. Buffer time reserves time after a booking. Commission is a percentage used for that specialist’s reservations. These settings answer different questions; review each against the way your business works.

One person at a time / Multiple people at the same time
Use One person at a time when a booking occupies the specialist’s full attention. Multiple people at the same time reveals Concurrent capacity for a provider that can genuinely serve more than one person or unit simultaneously.
Switching to One sets the capacity to one. Switching back to Multiple resets it to two, even if you had entered another number earlier. Re-enter the intended capacity after changing modes.
Concurrent capacity
Enter a whole-number capacity of at least one. This describes simultaneous service, not the total appointments allowed across the day. Zero prevents the profile from saving.
For a resource that serves three people together, enter three only if that is its real concurrent capacity. Do not increase it merely to fit more appointments into the day; review working hours and service duration for that separate need.
Buffer Between Reservations / Buffer Time (minutes)
Enable the switch and enter the minutes needed after each reservation. Use it for preparation, recovery or travel that belongs to the specialist’s work. The helper text explains that the specialist is unavailable during that time after a reservation ends.
For example, a reservation ending at 3:00 PM with a 15-minute buffer reserves the following 15 minutes for preparation. The next booking still depends on the rest of the schedule and service settings; the buffer alone is not a promise of availability at 3:15 PM.
Saved capacity and buffer after reservations
Turn buffer off and back on
Turning the buffer off clears its entered duration. Turning it on again leaves the minutes field empty. Enter the intended minutes again before saving.
Review the number after any toggle change, especially if you were only comparing the enabled and disabled views. The old duration is not retained as a hidden choice.
Default commission rate
Enter the percentage agreed for this specialist, such as 12.5 for 12.5%. The accepted range is 0–100; a value such as 101 shows a validation message and prevents saving.
The field’s guidance says this rate applies to the specialist’s reservations unless a different rate is set for a particular reservation in the commissions report. Review an exception there rather than changing the default just to correct one reservation.
This field sets a rate. It does not explain the report’s calculation base or make a payment. Save the profile and reopen it to confirm the percentage was stored.
