Rekaz services: list choices and additional amounts
List and Multi Select questions let you define the answers instead of asking customers to type them. Each option has its own wording, translations and, when enabled, additional amount.

List Field versus Multi Select
Choose List Field for alternatives where one answer should be selected, such as hair length. Choose Multi Select when several answers can apply, such as styling preferences.
Keep each option distinct. “Shoulder length” and “Below shoulder length” are clearer alternatives than “Normal” and “Other”, which leave customers guessing.
Option Label
Enter the answer that will appear in the list. Use the language selector beside that option to enter its translation. Translating the question title does not translate its choices.
Every existing option needs a label before you can add another option. If Add New Option shows “Option label is required”, complete the blank row first.
Add New Option
Add another row for each distinct answer. Enter one answer per row rather than putting all the choices into one label.
A new row starts blank. Review the labels before saving the question, especially after switching languages or adding several choices.
Customize Amounts
Enable this to show an amount beside each answer. Use it only when choosing that answer should carry an additional amount, rather than merely collecting information.
Turning the switch off and on retains the entered amounts. Check the values when you enable it again; hiding the amount inputs does not erase their previous contents.
Additional amount for each option
Enter the extra amount for that option, not the full service price. For example, use 0 for the standard hair length and 30 for a longer length that needs extra work. Do not put the entire 150 service price into the standard option again.
An explicit zero is accepted and retained in the question draft. The question summary counts positively priced options: the example with 0 and 30 shows one priced option. This summary does not mean there is only one answer in the list.
Each choice has its own additional amount
Commas in Multi Select labels
Do not put the comma character (,) inside a Multi Select option label. The editor removes it and displays a message. Write “Waves” and “Volume” as separate choices, rather than “Waves, Volume” as one choice.
After correcting the label, read the final text again. Removing a comma can leave words joined into a phrase you did not intend.
Multi-select labels do not accept commas
Option trash icon
Remove an unwanted answer with the trash icon beside its row. This removes that option, not the whole question.
The last remaining option cannot be deleted with this control; its trash icon is disabled. Edit its label to replace it, or remove the whole question from the question list if you no longer need it.
