Rekaz services: card description, booking button and badge

Last updated: September 22, 2026

Use Website Settings to help customers understand the service before opening it. Keep the short description factual, the button clear and the badge consistent with what you actually offer.

Service Reservation → Advanced Settings

Short Description

Write the detail that helps someone choose this service from a list. For a haircut, “A cut and finish suited to your hair type and length” says what the customer receives. A phrase such as “Our best service” gives them little to compare.

The card preview displays this description below the service name. Keep detailed preparation instructions and the full service explanation in the main description; a long card description makes the list harder to scan.

Customize Add to Cart Button Label

Enter the action you want the customer to take, such as “Book your visit”. This field changes the button wording; it is not a place for the price or the service duration.

The input accepts up to 20 characters when typing. Choose a short phrase that still makes sense on its own, then check it in the card preview.

Arabic and English text

The short description, button and badge each have their own language selector. Enter and review both versions separately. Changing one field’s language does not change the language of every field.

The preview follows the platform interface language. While editing an Arabic translation in the English interface, the preview can still show the English version. Switch the field back to review its saved draft text rather than assuming the translation was lost.

Add Product Badge

Enable this to add a short badge to the service card. Use it to call attention to something meaningful, such as a newly introduced service.

Turning the badge off and back on retains its entered text. Review the wording when reusing it for a different offer.

Product Badge Name

Use a concise, accurate label, such as “New”. The input allows up to 50 characters, but a short label is easier to read on a small card.

A badge saying “Discount” does not reduce the service price. Configure the actual discount separately and make sure the badge describes it accurately. Avoid leaving promotional wording on a service after the offer no longer applies.

color

The color control sits beside the badge name and is available when the badge is enabled. Use it for the badge’s appearance, then review how easily the label can be read.

Color alone should not carry the message. Keep the badge text clear enough that customers can understand the offer without relying on the color.

Card preview

Review the description and button together: the description explains the service, and the button tells the customer what to do next. Check that the badge makes sense beside the displayed price.

The preview helps you review the draft’s appearance. It is not confirmation that the service has been created or that a customer has completed a booking.
