Rekaz services: branches and categories
Branches describe where you offer a service. Categories organize services for customers. Check them together: a category restricted to certain branches can change which branches you can select for the service.

Open Advanced Options, then choose the branches where this service is offered. Selecting a branch adds its name to the field; select it again to remove it.
The field’s guidance says an empty selection makes the service available in all branches. Leaving it empty is therefore a meaningful choice. For a service offered at only two locations, select those two rather than leaving the field blank.
Branch search
Search by the branch’s displayed name to narrow the list. Searching does not change the branches already selected. Clear the search to see the other available choices again.
A branch name may stay in Arabic while the platform is in English because the name belongs to your business data. Search using the name shown in the list.
Select All and selection summary
Select All chooses the available branches together. Choosing it again when they are all selected clears that selection. Close dismisses the list and leaves the current choices in the service draft.
When several branches are selected, the field may show a few names and a “more” count. Open it to review the full selection. Remember that clearing every branch returns to the empty-selection behavior described above.

Branches hidden by a category
If a selected category is available only in certain branches, the branch list can hide other branches and display an explanation naming that category. This is different from a search filter.
For example, if “Hair care” belongs to two branches, selecting it can leave only those branches in the service’s branch picker. Review the category assignment when an expected branch disappears. Removing the category from this service can restore the other branch choices.

Category picker
Choose the category or categories that help customers find this service. The picker supports more than one selection; each appears as a separate chip after you close the list.
The service’s selected branches can make an incompatible category unavailable. A category belonging to different branches appears disabled. Review the branch selection and the category’s own branch scope instead of treating a disabled category as a missing record.

Remove a category from the service
Use the small remove control beside a selected category to remove its assignment to this service. The category itself remains available in the picker; this action does not delete the category from your account.
Branch and category choices stay in the draft when you move to the previous step and return. Finish creating or saving the service to store its assignments. Adding a new category has a separate Save action, explained in the linked category guide.
