Rekaz service gallery: upload, crop, arrange and remove images
Use the gallery for pictures of the whole service. Choose images that help a customer understand what they are booking, then check the crop and order. A picture for one optional extra belongs in that add-on’s own image field.

Click the empty upload area and choose the image files. You can select more than one image in the file chooser. After the first upload, use the + Add More tile to add further pictures without removing the ones already present.
Wait for the thumbnails to finish loading, then review the actual order. Do not assume that choosing several files has placed them in the sequence you want.

Image format and file size
Use JPEG or PNG and keep each file below 10 MB. This is a limit per file, not a combined allowance for all the images. A file exactly at the 10 MB boundary is rejected, so reduce it before selecting it again.
A text document produces an unsupported-file message. Renaming a document with a picture extension does not turn it into a photograph; export or choose a real image file. If an upload is rejected, review the remaining thumbnails before repeating the whole selection.
Recommended image dimensions
The gallery recommends square images at 1200×1200 pixels. That describes the shape and detail of the picture; it is different from file size in MB. A square image can still be too large as a file.
Keep the important subject away from the edges. For a service picture that includes a hairstyle or equipment, check that the square framing has not cut off the part that explains the service.
Click a thumbnail to crop
Click a loaded thumbnail to open Crop Image. The crop window belongs to that one picture; opening it does not edit the other gallery images.
The bright square is the part you will keep. The dimmed area outside it will be excluded if you apply the crop. Review the subject’s edges before confirming.
Move the crop selection
Move the selection to choose which part of the picture to keep. When the selection is focused, the arrow keys move it without changing the square’s size.
Use movement when the framing is large enough but the subject is off-center. Making the square smaller would remove more of the picture instead of simply centering the subject.
Corner handles: resize the square
Use a corner handle to change how much of the image is included. The selection keeps its square shape. You can focus a corner handle and use arrow keys to adjust it; Shift with an arrow makes a larger adjustment.
A tighter crop makes the subject fill more of the thumbnail, but it also removes surrounding detail. Keep enough room for the full subject; compare the top, bottom and sides, not only the center.
Keep the important subject inside the crop square
Apply / Cancel
Apply replaces the selected gallery picture with the cropped version in the service draft. Wait for its thumbnail to finish loading and check the result. The other gallery pictures remain in place.
Cancel closes the crop window without applying your selection changes. Applying a crop does not finish creating the service; complete the remaining setup to save the service itself.

Drag to reorder
Use the dotted handle on a thumbnail to move that picture to another position. Reordering changes the sequence; it does not crop or replace the image.
Check the sequence after uploading several files and after cropping. In the setup draft, the changed order is retained when you move to the next step and return with Previous.
Arrange the gallery before continuing
Remove: × on one thumbnail
The × control removes that picture from the draft gallery immediately. It leaves the other images in the gallery, so use it when only one picture is wrong.
Check the picture itself before clicking. After reordering, the first thumbnail may no longer be the same one you originally uploaded first.
Clear All
Clear All removes every gallery picture from the current draft and restores the empty upload area. In this form it takes effect immediately, without another confirmation.
Use it only when you want to replace the entire gallery. It does not remove the service name, price or duration. For one unwanted image, use its own × control instead.
