Find the right report in Rekaz: search and report groups
Start from the reports directory, narrow the cards by topic, and open the report that answers your question. Directory filters help you find a report; the report itself controls which records appear.
Reports
Search reports by name or description
Search for a report using a word from its title or description in the current interface language. Results update as you type. For example, “expense” finds Expense Reports in English, while «المصروفات» finds it in Arabic. This searches report cards, not customer names, invoice numbers or the data inside a report.

Search for and open a report
Clear search (×)
Remove the search text to show more report cards. The selected report group stays selected. To restore the broadest view, clear the search and choose All.
All
Show matching reports across all available groups. Choose All if a search gives a matching count but no cards: a previously selected group can still limit the view. The number beside All is the number of matching report cards, not the number of transactions.
Financial Reports
Limit the directory to financial reports such as sales, expenses, refunds and commissions. This category filter combines with the search text; it does not change dates or filters inside an individual report.
Operational Reports
Find reports used to review service operations, including specialist activity, reservation attendance, subscription attendance and subscriptions. Use the description on the card to distinguish reservation attendance from subscription attendance before opening it.

Choose the Operational Reports group
Analytics Reports
Find visitor analytics, reservation peak times and the customer overview. These cards answer different questions: website visits, when reservations are busiest, and activity by customer. Choose the card that matches the question you are investigating.
Report card / Open
Open a report by selecting its card or Open link. Each report has its own period, filters and outputs. Available cards can differ by account and access. If a card is missing, first clear the search and choose All before checking access with your account administrator.
