Rekaz invoice settings: company details, tax and document display
This page brings together the business details used on invoices, tax settings and document display choices. Work through the groups separately, then review the whole page before saving. A change in the sample preview helps you check the layout; it does not mean the settings have been saved.
Settings → Invoice Settings
Commercial Registration
Enter the commercial registration number for the business. This identifies the business registration; it is separate from the VAT Registration Number below it. Copy each number into its own field instead of using the same number in both.
The nearby Display CR number on website switch is a separate display choice. Review both the number and that choice before saving.
Display CR number on website
This switch controls whether the commercial registration number is displayed on the website. Turn it on when you want that business detail to appear there. It does not enter a registration number for you; check the Commercial Registration field as well.
Company Name in Commercial Registration
Enter the company name you intend to appear in the invoice business information. Use the appropriate registered business name, rather than an internal nickname used to distinguish a branch or a campaign.
Editing the name updates the sample invoice before Save. Use that preview to check the wording and how it fits, then save the page when the other settings are ready. Changing the interface language does not translate the name you entered.

VAT Registration Number
Enter the business VAT registration identifier here. This is not the percentage charged on a sale. For example, the tax rate is entered in the tax definition; it does not belong in this registration-number field.
A nonblank value must contain 15 digits and begin and end with 3. A short value produces a format message when you save. Correct the number using your business records; passing the format check does not establish that a number belongs to your business.

Display VAT number on website
Choose whether the website displays the VAT registration number. This is independent of displaying the commercial registration number. Check the VAT number itself before making it visible.
Activate VAT
Turning VAT on makes the Tax Type and price-inclusion choices available. Review those choices together: selecting a tax identifies the rate, while the inclusion choice determines how that rate relates to the prices you enter.
Turning VAT off hides those choices and turns the invoice QR-code option off. Turning VAT back on does not restore every previous form choice. Recheck the selected tax, whether prices include tax and the QR-code switch before saving.
Display QR code on the invoice
Use this switch to control the invoice QR code. VAT must be active for the switch to be available. If the VAT registration number is missing, the page displays a message requiring it.
Review the business data associated with the invoice as well as the switch. Turning a QR code on is a display setting; it is not a check that every business detail or tax choice is correct.
Tax Type / Other
Tax Type shows the selected tax definition and its percentage. Open Other to inspect the available definitions. Choose by both name and rate, especially when several definitions have similar names.
New Tax opens a separate definition form with a name, classification, rate and any applicable reason fields. Review that definition before returning to the invoice settings. Defining a tax and saving this page are separate actions.

VAT activation, QR-code option and tax definition actions
Remove selected tax
The small remove button on the selected tax clears the page selection. It is different from deleting a stored tax definition. After clearing it, choose the tax you intend to use before saving with VAT active.
If you only want to inspect other taxes, click Other rather than the remove button on the selected tax.
Delete tax / Cancel
Delete beside a definition in the tax list opens a confirmation naming that definition. Read the name before confirming. This is different from Remove on the selected tax, which only clears the page selection.
Cancel closes the confirmation and keeps the definition. Confirming Delete removes an unused definition from the available list. If you were only exploring another rate, clearing its selection or leaving the page does not delete a definition already created.
Yes, my prices include tax
Choose this when the price you enter already includes the selected tax. The tax is separated from that price instead of being added on top. This matters when you want an entered price to match the total shown in the example.
With a 15% rate and a price of 100 SAR, the page example divides the 100 into a base of 86.96 and tax of 13.04. The example total remains 100. This illustrates the inclusion setting; choose the tax rate appropriate to your business separately.
No, my prices don't include tax
Choose this when the entered price is before tax. The selected percentage is added above it. At 15%, a base price of 100 SAR gives 15 SAR of tax and a total of 115 SAR.
Compare this with the included-price example before changing the setting. The same entered number can represent either a total containing tax or an amount before tax. Do not treat the two choices as interchangeable.

Tax-exclusive prices add the selected percentage; 100 becomes 115 at 15%
Customers Type
Manual keeps the Customer Type choice available in the new-customer form. Use that choice when staff need to distinguish individuals from companies for each customer.
Individuals removes the per-customer choice and uses the individual form. Corporates removes the choice and displays company and business-address fields. This setting concerns your customers, not whether your own business is a company.
Save the setting before checking a new-customer form. Returning to Manual restores its type selector. Choosing a default here should not be confused with editing the name of a customer.
Show Beauty Expert Name on the Invoice
Choose whether the service provider name appears on the invoice. The salon interface uses Beauty Expert; read the provider label used in your own activity.
Turning the option off removes the provider name from the sample invoice. It changes document display; use the booking or service controls when you need to change who performs the service.
Display price on Service Receipts
This option is labeled for displaying prices on service receipts. Check the actual service receipt you use when deciding whether prices should appear there. The Receipt sample in this settings page can still show invoice amounts when this switch is off, so it is not sufficient to confirm this particular output.
Invoice Notes / Receipt Notes
Write each standard message in the editor for the document that needs it. Invoice Notes and Receipt Notes are independent. A reminder to keep an invoice belongs with the invoice; an instruction to show a receipt at reception belongs with the receipt.
Each editor has its own formatting, link, color and image controls. Select the text you want to format first. Review both messages before saving, and keep customer-specific details out of these standard notes.

Invoice and receipt notes have independent editors
Invoice Preview: Receipt / Invoice
Switch between Receipt and Invoice to inspect the two sample layouts. Clicking inside a notes editor also switches to its corresponding preview. The sample details help you judge layout and wording; switching the preview neither saves settings nor sends a document.
After editing a field, allow the sample to update before judging the result. If you are verifying a specific printed document, inspect that document as well instead of assuming that every output matches the sample.

Company Information / VAT Settings / General Settings
Click a group heading to collapse or reopen its fields. Collapsing Company Information retains the value you have entered; it does not cancel that edit. Reopen the group to review it before saving.
Save
Save applies the page configuration after checking the applicable fields. If a validation message appears, correct the identified field and review the remaining settings before trying again.
Reopen the settings after saving to check the values you intended to keep. A preview change or a collapsed section is not evidence that the page was saved. If you were only comparing options, restore the original choices before saving.
