Company customers in Rekaz: identification and address fields

Choose Corporate in the customer form to show these fields. Keep company identification and address details separate, and use the information supplied for the correct company or office. Required markers can differ with the buyer information requested by your workflow.

Customers → New Customer / Edit → Customer Type → Corporate

Company Name

Enter the company’s name, not its registration number. Customer Name and Company Name are separate fields: the first identifies the customer record to your team, while this field identifies the company. Confirm the intended company when the same contact arranges bookings for more than one business.

CR Number

Enter the commercial-registration number supplied for the company. Keep it separate from the VAT number below. Do not replace an unavailable number with the company name, a phone number or a note; check the required marker and the customer’s details.

VAT Number

Enter the company’s VAT number when applicable. Copy it carefully from the company’s supplied details; this field is for the identifier, not a tax percentage or an amount. A value in CR Number is not a reason to copy that same value here.

Building Number

Enter the building number belonging to the company address. Keep the street in Address, the neighborhood in District and the postal code in Postal Code. Each field describes a different part of the same location.

District

Enter the neighborhood or district for this address. For an office in Riyadh, put the neighborhood here and Riyadh in City; the two fields should not simply repeat each other.

City

Enter the city for the office or address you are recording. If a company has multiple offices, check the city together with the street, district and building number so the form does not combine details from different locations.

Postal Code

Enter the postal code belonging to this address. Use the company’s address information rather than copying a code from another customer in the same city. Complete it when the form marks it as required.

Submit / Cancel

Check that the company name, identifiers and address all refer to the same business before submitting. Empty optional fields are clearer than invented details. Cancel leaves the current form without submitting the changes.
