Collection report in Rekaz: transaction filters, refunds and invoice references
Use Collection to trace individual payment and refund events. Start with the transaction period and filters, then compare the VAT-inclusive table with the separate refund and VAT cards.
Reports → Sales → Collection
Transaction period
Choose when the payment or refund happened. This is not the order creation date. A payment and its later refund can fall in different periods, so use the transaction dates when reconciling money received and returned.
Today
Review this calendar day. This is not a rolling 24-hour period.
Yesterday
Review the previous calendar day, with the same date at both ends.
Last 7 days
Include today and the six preceding days. On 21 September, for example, this means 15–21 September.
Last 30 days
Include today and the 29 preceding days. This differs from a complete calendar month.
Last 90 days
Include today and the 89 preceding days. Check the displayed boundaries before comparing it with a quarter.
This month
Review the first day of the current month through today. This is the default period, so a mid-month report does not represent a complete month.
Last month
Review the full previous calendar month, from its first day to its last.
This year
Review 1 January through today. Use custom dates for a financial year with different boundaries.
Last year
Review the previous calendar year, 1 January through 31 December.
Since beginning
Use the broad historical period. Open the picker to read its actual Start date; the label does not mean the date your account was created.
Start
Choose the first day from the calendar, then choose the last day. If you close the picker after selecting only a start, it applies that day as a one-day period.
End
Choose the final day and check the completed range on the main date button. You can select the same day at both ends. The desktop picker has no separate Apply button.
Previous month arrow
Move back through the calendar to find an earlier date. Moving between months does not itself select a new reporting period.
Next month arrow
Move forward through the calendar. Check the month and year before choosing a day, especially around the end of a year.
Clear date (×)
Clear the specific range to switch to Since beginning. This broadens the period; it does not mean Today or leave the report without dates. Other filter groups stay separate.
Filters
Open the panel to combine branches, payment status, payment or refund method, and amount bounds. Changes wait for Show Results. Each active group counts once, except minimum and maximum amounts, which each have their own chip and count.

Collection filter inputs
Branches
Select one or more branches. Choosing several includes transactions matching any of those branches, subject to the other filters. Leave the field without a selection when you want all branches.
Search within Branches
Search by the saved branch name. The search narrows the options without applying the report or clearing branches you already selected. A saved Arabic name stays Arabic in an English interface.
Branches: Select All
Select all listed branches together. Choose Select All again when all are selected to clear the selection. A label such as +1 more means another branch is selected, not that you have reached a limit.
Remove a branch / clear branches
Choose a selected branch again to remove it, or use the clear icon in the field to clear the branch selection. Apply the new selection with Show Results.
Close the branch list
Close the small list to return to the main filter panel. This does not apply the panel.
Payment Status
Choose Confirmed, Refunded or Partially Refunded, or combine them. This field concerns payment transactions, so its choices differ from an order’s overall status. Refunded is useful when tracing money returned to customers.
Search payment statuses
Type part of a status label to narrow this list. Clear the search text to see the choices again; this does not remove selected statuses.
Payment Status: Select All
Select all available payment statuses. Choose it again when all are selected to clear them. Apply the panel after changing the selection.
Remove a status / clear statuses
Choose an already selected status again to remove only that status, or clear the field to remove the whole status restriction.
Close the status list
Return to the main filter panel while keeping your draft status choices.
Payment or refund method
Choose the method relevant to the event you are investigating. The list includes Cash, Online, Bank Transfer, Point Of Sales, Installment services, Tabby, Tamara, Gift and any listed custom methods. You can combine methods. Selecting a method here does not activate it for checkout.
Search payment methods
Search a method by its displayed name. A custom method may retain the name entered by your business, and a historical method may still appear even if its name indicates it is inactive.
Payment methods: Select All
Select all listed methods together. Press it again when all are selected to clear the selection. To focus only on Tabby or Tamara, select the intended provider without also selecting the broader installment-services group.
Remove a method / clear methods
Deselect one method or clear the whole field, then Show Results. Clearing the search text is different from clearing the selected methods.
Close the method list
Close the list to review the amount bounds or other filters before applying.
Minimum Amount
Enter the lower transaction amount you want to include. Leave it blank when no lower bound is needed. For a 115 refund, enter 115 to match its positive refund value, even though the Net Amount column shows −115. Amount bounds refer to the transaction, not the total of its order.
Maximum Amount
Enter the upper bound, or leave it blank for no upper bound. Set minimum and maximum to the same amount to find that exact value. Keep minimum at or below maximum: a reversed range can return no results without showing an input error.
Show Results
Apply the selected filters together and return to page one. Wait for loading to finish before reading the count or totals; the previous count may remain visible briefly during an update.
Close the filter panel
Discard changes you have not applied. Reopening the panel shows the filters currently used by the report.
Reset
Clear the restrictions and restore the current-month period. Use individual chips if you only want to remove one filter while retaining a custom date range.
Remove Branches chip
Clear all selected branches while keeping other restrictions.
Remove Payment Status chip
Remove the status restriction without changing the amount range or methods.
Remove method chip
Clear the selected payment and refund methods as one group.
Remove Minimum Amount chip
Remove only the lower bound. The upper bound remains active if present.
Remove Maximum Amount chip
Remove only the upper bound. The lower bound remains active if present.
Net Paid Amount
Read the net result of the included payment and refund events. If the filters include a 115 refund but exclude its original payment, the result is −115. A negative net is expected for a refund-only view.

Collection refund amounts
Refunds excluding VAT
This summary card excludes VAT. A refund of 115 including 15 VAT appears as 100 here. Do not compare this card directly with the table’s VAT-inclusive refund column without accounting for the VAT card.
VAT on Refunds
Read the VAT portion separately from the refunded value excluding VAT. In the 115 example, 100 refunded value plus 15 VAT equals the 115 returned amount shown in the table.
Transaction Count
Count payment and refund events, not unique customers or orders. A payment and its refund can contribute separate rows for the same order. Page size changes how many rows you see at once, not the total transaction count.
Transaction Number
Use this reference to identify the payment transaction. A refund row adds a Refund label and uses red text. The invoice or order reference is in the separate Invoices column.
Customer / Mobile Number
Use these values to distinguish the customer involved. A dash means no value is displayed; it does not make the financial event disappear. Do not use the transaction number as a customer identifier.
Transaction date
Read the date and time of the payment or refund event. The table places recent events first. A refund date can differ from both the original payment date and the order’s creation date.
Payment or refund method column
Read the method used for this row’s event. On a refund row it describes the refund method, so compare the payment and refund rows separately when tracing a return.
Transaction Amount
Read the payment amount including VAT. A refund-only row shows a dash here and puts the returned amount in Refunds including VAT instead. A dash in this column is not a zero-value refund.
Refunds including VAT
Read the full returned amount including VAT. It is positive in this column; its effect on Net Amount is negative. In the example, this column shows 115 and Net Amount shows −115.
Net Amount
Read the signed effect of the event: received money is positive and a refund row is negative. Do not subtract the positive refund column from an already negative refund net a second time.
Invoices: number link
Open the linked number to inspect the related order, its status and payment history. The number is different from the transaction reference; several transaction rows can lead to the same order.
Invoice Total / Paid / Remaining
These figures describe the linked order, not just this transaction. A refunded order can show Paid 0 and Remaining equal to its original total alongside a Refunded status. Check the order status and refund history before interpreting Remaining as money to collect again.
Scroll across the table
Scroll horizontally when the Invoices column or its amounts extend beyond the visible table. A clipped value has not been removed from the report.
Show: 10, 25, 50 or 100
Choose how many transaction rows appear per page. Changing this value returns to page one. Use filters to change which transactions are included; page size only changes the display.
First page
Return directly to the first page.
Previous page
Move back one page. This is unavailable on page one.
Next page
Read the next group of transactions and check the page indicator.
Last page
Jump to the final page. First and last arrows can be hidden in a narrow view; use the available previous and next arrows there.
Refresh
Reload the report after relevant payment or refund records change. Wait for loading to finish before comparing totals.
Export
Review the dates and all filter chips before exporting. The chosen filters define the report; the current page is only one part of that view.

Collection export options
Export as Excel
Download the spreadsheet and read its payment and refund columns together. A fully refunded 115 payment can export as payment 115, refund 115 and net 0, while the on-screen refund event has net −115. Do not assume an exported row is a copy of the separate refund row on screen. Check Payment Date and all filter lines before comparing files.
Export as PDF
Open the printable collection table. Refund rows show a positive refunded amount and a negative net; the total row uses the same distinction. The print page may omit the date range and amount bounds from its filter summary, so retain those details with the saved report. Export Date records when the output was produced.
Sales
Review sales values and invoice-level detail. Use the dates appropriate to that view before comparing it with Collection.
Payments
Review the payment-method summary instead of individual transaction rows.
Collection
Use this tab for the payment and refund events described here.
