Rekaz branches: names, map locations and list controls
Use this page to find a branch, create its record or update its name and map location. Keep the branch name, its language variants and its map selection consistent so that staff can identify the right location.

Search
Search for a branch name to narrow the list before editing it. A matching name appears as a row; when there is no match, the page shows “No branches found.” Clear the search text to see the full list again.
The interface language and the branch’s entered name are separate. A branch can still have an Arabic name in the English interface. Use the name recorded for that branch when searching.
Branch Name — sort
Click the Branch Name column heading to change the order of the list. The arrow beside it shows the active direction. Sorting changes the display order; it does not rename a branch.
Open a branch name
Click a branch name to open its edit form. Check the name in that form before changing it, especially if several branches have similar names. The Actions menu also provides Edit.
Address URL
A saved map location appears as a link in the branch row. A dash means no link is displayed for that row. To change the location, open the branch editor and choose the correct map result; the list itself is not a text box for editing the address.
Actions
Open Actions on the intended row to choose Edit or Delete. Read the row name before choosing either action. Editing an existing branch is different from creating another branch with a similar name.
Search, branch names, actions and page controls
Show: 10, 25, 50 or 100
Choose how many rows to show on a page. A larger page size reduces page changes when you have many branches. If the list contains fewer branches than the chosen size, it still shows only the available rows.
First page
The first-page button returns to the beginning of a multi-page list. It is unavailable when there is no earlier page.
Previous page
Move back one page. Check the page indicator to see where you are in the list.
Next page
Move forward one page when more results are available. A disabled button on a one-page list is expected; it does not mean a branch is missing.
Last page
Jump to the final page of the current list. Search and page size affect the list you are browsing, so clear an unintended search before assuming you have reached every branch.
New Branch
Open a blank form for a new branch. The form collects a name and an optional Google Maps location. Creating this record is separate from assigning services or specialists to the branch.
Branch Name
Choose a name staff can distinguish easily, such as “Al Murabba Branch,” rather than repeating the same name for every location. Save stays unavailable while the name is blank. A name consisting only of spaces is not a useful branch name.
The name identifies the branch in Rekaz. It is separate from the business name returned by Google Maps; editing one does not rename the other.

Name language selector
Use the flag beside Branch Name to choose Arabic or English, then enter the name for that language. For example, enter “فرع المربع” in Arabic and “Al Murabba Branch” in English. Switch back before saving to check both values.
Changing this selector changes which name you are editing; it does not switch the whole platform’s interface language. Do not assume that a name shown under the other-language flag is a finished translation—check and enter the wording you want.

Address Url (Optional): map search
Search for the actual branch business or address in the map field. This is a search box, even though the group is labeled Address Url. Review the returned place name and address before selecting a result. Similar business names can belong to different locations.
Typing a query is not the same as choosing a place. The location is optional: a branch can be saved with a name and no selected map result.
Choose a map result
Click the matching result, then review the selected place card and map. The card can include an address, photos and rating supplied by Google Maps. Those details help distinguish locations; they are not editable branch-name fields.
Choose the branch itself, not a nearby landmark used to find the area. Save and reopen the branch to check that the intended location is retained.
Clear or replace a map search
Typing another query clears the current result card so you can search again. When editing a branch with a saved location, clearing the search box and saving does not remove its previous map link.
To change an existing location, select the replacement result and save. Reopen the branch to check the selected place instead of treating an empty search box as proof that the saved location was removed.
Map: Zoom in (+)
Zoom in to inspect the area more closely. Zoom changes how the map is displayed; it does not by itself select a branch location.
Map: Zoom out (−)
Zoom out to see the surrounding area. Use the place name and address as well as the map when deciding which result is correct.
Map: current-location target
The target icon is the current-location control. Its use depends on the browser’s location permission. Your device’s location may differ from the branch address, so check the actual place you select for the branch.
Save
Save creates the new branch or applies changes to the branch being edited. After the form closes, find the row and reopen it to check the name and location. Avoid creating a second branch just because a save is still in progress.
Cancel / Close
Cancel or the close button leaves the form without applying its unsaved edits. Use this when you opened the form only to inspect the current details. Reopen the branch if you want to confirm its saved values.
Delete
Delete in the row’s Actions menu opens a confirmation naming the branch. Read that name carefully. Confirming deletion of an unused branch removes its row from the list; Cancel keeps it. If Rekaz prevents deletion, read the displayed reason before changing related records.
