Combine four services into one visit with a bundle in Rekaz
Go to Services → New Service → Bundle. Add the four services, choose Sequential or Parallel execution, then charge the sum of their prices or set one fixed bundle price.
The example combines lashes, hair coloring, blow-drying and a haircut. Their individual prices total SAR 300; the bundle has a fixed price of SAR 240. Use your own services, prices and durations. Existing service names remain in the language in which you entered them.
Before you start
Sign in to your Rekaz dashboard and open Services. Set up the individual services before creating the bundle.
Create the individual reservation services first. Check the price and duration of each option before adding it to the bundle.
Review the services’ schedules and provider availability. Each service having an available appointment does not guarantee that the appointments fit together as a bundle.
1. Open Services
Select Services in the sidebar, then New Service.
2. Choose Bundle
Select Bundle. This groups different services into one offer.
3. Start the setup
Read the bundle overview and select Next. A bundle needs at least two services; execution mode and pricing are configured later.
4. Name and describe the bundle
Enter a descriptive Name, such as Complete Care. Use Description to explain what is included. Images are optional: JPEG and PNG are accepted, with up to 10 images. Select Next.
5. Open the service picker
Select Add the services included in this bundle to open your service list.
6. Add all four services
Select the service option with the correct price and duration. Select Add Service and repeat until all four are included. Use Search to find a service. This example initially adds hair coloring, lashes, blow-drying and a haircut; their order is adjusted below.
7. Choose how services run
Select Sequential to run services one after another; the duration is the sum of their durations. Select Parallel to run them together; the duration is the longest service. This example uses Sequential for 2 hours and 50 minutes.
8. Resolve a scheduling warning
If There are no available slots to book this bundle appears, read the explanation and proposed order. Select Apply suggested order if it fits your workflow, then wait for validation. Here the order becomes lashes, hair coloring, blow-drying, then haircut, and the warning disappears. Select Next.
9. Set the bundle price
Choose Sum of services or Fixed bundle price. For one offer price, select Fixed bundle price and enter the full amount in Bundle price. Here the services total 300 and the bundle price is 240, saving 60. Do not enter the discount amount or a value above the total.
10. Create the bundle
Review the price and select Create Bundle. Wait for the Services list to return.
11. Check the saved result
Find the bundle in Services and check its type, price, duration and status. This example shows 240, 2 hours and 50 minutes, and Published. Open its name to review or edit the settings.
12. Check the customer page
In the bundle editor, open Advanced Settings and use Copy Link under Website Settings. Open the link and check all four services, their order, total duration and price. Continue starts the booking details.
Result
One bundle appears in Services. Its customer page lists all four services, their order, the overall duration and the bundle price. The example shows SAR 240 and 2 hours 50 minutes with Sequential execution.
Which service type should I choose? Use Bundle to combine several services into one offer with an execution mode and price. Package is a separate creation option, illustrated in the menu by multiple care sessions. This example uses Bundle.
Why is Next unavailable? Enter a bundle name and add at least two services. After adding an item, allow validation to finish before adding the next. A selected option is marked Added and cannot be selected a second time.
How is duration calculated? Sequential adds the durations: 30 + 60 + 60 + 20 = 170 minutes. Parallel uses the longest service, which is 60 minutes in this example. Choose Parallel only when your team can deliver those services together.
What if no slots are available? Read the reason shown in the warning. Sequential services need to line up without a gap. Apply the suggested order if it fits your service workflow, or review the services’ working hours and slot lengths. Do not change an essential treatment order just to remove a warning.
Which price should I enter? Sum of services uses the combined service prices. Fixed bundle price is the full amount charged for the bundle, not the discount amount. A total of 300 and fixed price of 240 saves 60, or 20%. The fixed price cannot exceed the sum; entering 301 was rejected in this example.
To edit later, open the bundle name in Services. Review its items and order, Execution Mode and Pricing Strategy, then select Update Service. Check the duration, price and scheduling again after a change.
The bundle editor also has Bundle deposit (optional). This is the amount paid at booking, with the rest due at the venue. It is separate from the full bundle price. The example does not use a deposit.
Check the customer page before sharing the offer. If Verify Phone Number appears after Continue, the customer signs in with their mobile number before continuing the booking.
