Set up an automatic service discount in Rekaz
Open Marketing Tools → Coupons & Promotions and create a Discount. Choose the branches, services, discount value and schedule, then select Create. After saving, open the service on your booking website to check the price your customer sees.
This walkthrough uses a 20% discount on one existing service. Names and dates in the screenshots are examples; use values that match your offer. Discount is the automatic option that does not require a code.

Before you start
Sign in to Rekaz and choose English from your profile menu. Start from Marketing Tools → Coupons & Promotions.
You can access Coupons & Promotions and Create Promotion.
The service already exists, and you know the branch and service type to include.
Branch and service names are your own data. They may remain in their original language after you switch the interface to English.
Steps
1. Open Coupons & Promotions
In Rekaz, open Marketing Tools → Coupons & Promotions, then select Create Promotion. If your interface is in Arabic, open your profile menu and choose English first.

2. Choose Discount
Select Discount, then Continue. This option applies automatically to selected services without a code. Coupon is the separate option for a code customers enter at checkout or booking.

3. Select the eligible branches
Choose the branches where the offer can be used, then select Next. All branches is selected initially. For an offer limited to one branch, select that branch and confirm All branches is no longer selected. This example uses one branch.

4. Keep the relevant service types
For appointment services, keep Reservations selected. Clear Subscriptions/Packages and Merchandise if they are outside your offer, then select Next. All available types are selected by default.

5. Enter the name and discount
Enter an Internal promotion name that your team can recognize later; customers do not see this name. Select Percentage and enter 20 in Discount percentage for 20% off. Fixed Amount is the alternative for a monetary discount. Leave Set a maximum discount amount? and Minimum Cart Amount off for this simple example, then select Next. See the explanations below if you need either condition.

6. Check the service scope
On Services, select Edit. The initial All services option includes both current and future services. Change it if the offer is meant for particular services only.

7. Choose specific services
Select Specific services, search for the service, tick the intended item and select Apply. This example selects the existing service named قص. Check the exact item when names are similar, and confirm the selected service count before applying. Apply stays unavailable until at least one service is selected.

8. Set the offer schedule
Under Schedule, choose Start Date and End Date. The dates shown are examples; enter your own offer dates. The end date cannot be earlier than the start date. Leave Redemption Days and Redemption Hours off for an offer available throughout its date range, or enable them to restrict when customers can use it.

9. Review the reservation rules
Scroll to Reservation Rules. These settings refer to the appointment itself, separately from when the customer uses the offer. Leave the booking date, booking day and Booking hours switches off if any appointment date or time is eligible, then select Next. Enable a rule only when the offer targets specific appointment dates, weekdays or start hours.

10. Review exclusions and create the offer
Under Advanced, enable Exclude Add-ons if add-on services should not receive the offer. Enable Exclude Discounted Services if services with an existing discount should be excluded. Both are off in this example. Review your choices, then select Create.

11. Confirm the saved offer and check the customer price
Look for Promotion saved successfully and check the percentage, dates and branch count. Select Back to List and confirm that the intended offer is Active during its scheduled period. Then open the service on your booking website and check the original and discounted prices shown to the customer.

Result
The saved summary shows a 20% discount on one service at one branch. To check the price before and after the offer, open the service on your booking website and review both prices. As a calculation example, 20% off SAR 50 gives SAR 40. Compare this calculation with the price your website actually displays.
Options and troubleshooting
Maximum discount amount: this caps the money taken off; it is not the final price or a minimum purchase requirement. Enable it when you want to limit the reduction on larger orders. For example, 20% off SAR 500 is SAR 100, but a SAR 50 cap limits the reduction to SAR 50.
Minimum Cart Amount: this is the minimum order value required to use the offer. For example, with a SAR 200 minimum, a smaller order does not meet this condition even if it contains an eligible service. Meeting the minimum does not remove the branch, service or schedule conditions.
If the intended service is missing or does not receive the offer, check the selected branch, service type and service list, then check the add-on and already-discounted-service exclusions. Use Specific services for a limited selection. All services also includes services created later.
If the offer only works at certain times, check Schedule, Redemption Days and Redemption Hours, then check Reservation Rules separately. A customer may use an offer today for an appointment on another day; put each restriction in the relevant group.
If only the original price appears, check that the offer is active and that the date range, branch and service match. Check the customer page again. A successful save alone does not confirm the displayed price. If the mismatch continues, contact Rekaz support before announcing the offer.
