Does using a package visit earn a loyalty stamp in Rekaz?

Last updated: September 15, 2026

Using a package visit does not earn a new purchase stamp for the covered booking. Buying the package itself can earn stamps when that package is eligible in an active stamp program and a payment is recorded. Keep the package purchase order separate from the order for a booking that uses one of its visits.

In the example, the customer bought a 1,000 SAR package and earned one stamp from that purchase. They then used a visit for a service normally priced at 50 SAR. The booking order total became zero, with no new collection, and the visit balance fell from four to three. Loyalty stayed at one stamp. The following steps check those records without creating another booking or payment.

Before you start

Open a customer who has a package and a recorded booking covered by it.

  • You need access to the customer, package details, orders and loyalty records. Select the correct customer and the package used for the booking, especially when the customer owns several packages.

  • The booking must actually use package coverage. Owning a package, or seeing Included in Package on a service, is not enough. In the booking form, review Use Package and the expected balance after usage.

  • Order and reservation numbers are different identifiers. Keep the package purchase order number, reservation number and booking order number separate when comparing records.

1. Open the purchased package

Under Customers, search for the customer and open their profile. In Packages, match the package, price and payment status, then select View. Scroll the table horizontally if needed to show the Details column.

2. Review the visit balance

On Usages Details, review Usages, Remaining and Max Qty. The example shows one used visit and three remaining from four. These are package visits, not loyalty stamps.

3. Open the covered booking order

Open Reservations within the package and match the reservation number and time. Use the amount link in the Order column to open that booking’s order. The example shows zero; it is separate from the package purchase order.

4. Read the booking line total

On Order details, review Price, Discount and Total price including Vat. Scroll the table horizontally if needed. In the example, a pre-tax price of 43.48 is offset by a 43.48 discount, leaving a zero line total. Keep the original price separate from the amount due after coverage.

5. Check actual collection

Scroll to Payment and Payment Transactions. Check Paid Amount, Remaining Amount and the transaction count. In the example, both amounts are zero and there are no payment transactions, even though the order header shows Paid.

6. Match the stamp to its purchase

Return to the customer profile using their name on the order. Under Loyalty Program, select View, then review Stamps Progress and Activity History. The example has one stamp Earned from purchase, linked to package purchase order 1522549 rather than the zero-total booking order.

Result

You identify the package purchase as the stamp source and verify that the covered booking used a visit without adding another purchase stamp.

Buying the package and spending a visit are separate events. In the example, purchase order 1522549 is the stamp source; covered booking order 1522550 has no new collection. The number of visits in a package is not the number of stamps awarded for buying it.

To review eligibility for the package purchase, open Loyalty Program, Stamps Configuration and Services that earn stamps. Selecting the booking service does not automatically make buying its package eligible, or vice versa. Check the specific package and price option.

A partial payment on an eligible purchase can earn purchase stamps; full settlement is not required to explain an award. Once the order has earned its purchase stamps, another payment on the same order does not award those purchase stamps again.

A package-covered booking with a zero total uses visits already purchased. A free line, or a discount that reduces the line total to zero, does not earn purchase stamps for that line.

An order may contain a covered booking alongside other paid items. Review each line: additional paid, eligible items can earn stamps according to the program settings. Do not automatically attribute a mixed-order award to the package visit, or assume an add-on within a covered line is a separate eligible line.

Paid alone does not prove a new collection. A zero-total order can show Paid while Paid Amount and the payment transaction count are both zero. Read the total, amounts and transaction history together.

Usages, Remaining and Max Qty in the package details describe visits. Stamps Progress describes loyalty. Both limits happen to be four in this example, but they are separate balances and settings.

A visit can appear as used when a reservation is created, before the customer attends. The example reservation is Pending and already appears in package usage. The usage count alone does not prove attendance or payment.

Purchase-stamp counts depend on Per item or Per order, eligible services and the space remaining on the loyalty card. Action rewards, such as Ordering online, are an additional source. Use Activity History to interpret the balance.

If the booking is missing from the package’s Reservations tab, check the customer, package, reservation number and whether coverage was applied. The usual service price in the Price column is not enough to decide: review the discount and final line total.

If you expected a package-purchase stamp, check the active stamp program, package eligibility, payment and card threshold. If an unexpected stamp appears, open the order linked in Activity History before manually adjusting the balance.

Cancelling a covered booking or returning a visit concerns package usage. Refunding the package purchase concerns its purchase order. Review each operation in its own record; cancellation, refund and loyalty reward redemption are different actions.
