How do I change a subscription end date in Rekaz?

Last updated: August 19, 2026

Use Edit Subscription when the stored end date itself needs correction. Use Free extension instead when you intentionally want to add free time and preserve that meaning in the action history.

The current edit form keeps End Date disabled until Customize is enabled and finishes with Submit.

Steps

  1. Select Subscriptions and locate the customer subscription.

    The subscription row is visible.

  2. Select Actions in the subscription row.

    The Actions menu opens.

  3. Select Edit Subscription.

    The Edit Subscription dialog opens.

  4. Enable Customize beside End Date.

The End Date control becomes available.

  5. Select the new End Date and review Start Date and Branch.

The requested end date is shown with the related subscription values.

  6. Select Submit.

The subscription end-date change is submitted.
