How do I send a payment link for the remaining amount in Rekaz?
In Rekaz, you can share a payment link from an order’s details after reviewing its Remaining Amount. Copy the Invoice Link for the required amount, or use Partial Payment when you need a link for a specific partial amount.
Payment links require Online Payments to be enabled and available for your account.
Steps
From the Home page, select Orders in the sidebar.
The Orders page opens.
Select the relevant order to open its Order details.
The order’s details are displayed.
In the Share Payment Link section, review the Remaining Amount before sharing a link.
The remaining amount and the available payment-link options are visible.
Select Copy Invoice Link for the amount you want to request.
The payment link is copied and can be pasted into a message for the customer.
Use Partial Payment when you need a link for a partial amount.
You can create a payment link for a specific partial amount.
