Can each branch or property use a different bank account in Rekaz?
No. Rekaz payouts use one linked bank account for the business account. You cannot assign a separate payout destination to each branch or property within that same account. Add bank account under Bank transfer is for receiving transfers directly from customers; it does not split Rekaz payouts between branches.
For example, adding a branch or a Bank transfer account will not send online payments for one property to Bank A and another property to Bank B within the same Rekaz account. Use the following review to identify which kind of bank account you mean before changing banking details.
Before you start
Rekaz Pay in the staff dashboard.
Open the correct business account with a staff login that can access Rekaz Pay. Contact your account administrator if the page or its options are unavailable.
Identify the money you mean: online payments collected through Rekaz and paid out to you, or a transfer a customer makes directly to your bank account.
You can complete this review without entering banking details or saving changes. Your balances and payment activation status may differ from the example.
1. Start with the online-payment overview
Open Rekaz Pay. Review Net online payments, Next deposit and Last deposit. These describe the business account’s online payments and payouts; they are not settings for splitting money between branch bank accounts.

2. Review Rekaz’s deposit history
Select Deposits history to review money paid out by Rekaz to your bank. Use Status and Deposit date when finding a particular deposit. This page tracks deposits; it does not assign a bank account to each branch.

3. Identify direct customer bank transfers
Return to Manage payments and scroll to Bank transfer. Its description says it receives direct transfers from customers. Add bank account here belongs to that payment method, not to the account where Rekaz deposits your online-payment earnings.

4. Read the form’s explanation, then close it
Select Add bank account. Review the fields and the explanation below IBAN Number: you confirm receipt yourself, and this account is separate from the bank account receiving Rekaz payouts. The form has no branch or property selector. If you are reviewing the setup or trying to separate branch payouts, select Cancel without entering or saving details.

You can locate Rekaz payout history and direct-transfer settings, and understand why adding a transfer account does not assign a branch or property’s payouts.
Does adding a branch create a separate payout account? No. The branch belongs to the same business account. Assigning services and staff to a branch does not assign a separate bank payout destination.
Can Bank transfer contain multiple accounts? This section manages accounts for customers’ direct transfers. Multiple entries do not split Rekaz payouts, and the bank-account form has no branch or property assignment field.
What do the fields mean? Bank is the receiving bank, and Account Holder Name is the name registered with it. Copy Account Number and IBAN Number from the bank’s details into their respective fields. Entering a branch name as the holder does not create routing. Fields depend on the account country; the Saudi example shows an IBAN field.
Spaces added to format the IBAN do not change the transfer destination. The placeholder displayed inside the field is not a usable bank account. If a duplicate-account error appears, review existing entries instead of adding the same account again.
Who confirms a direct transfer? You confirm that it arrived; the form explicitly explains this. Adding banking details is not evidence of receiving money and does not turn a customer’s direct transfer into a Rekaz payout.
Why is the Bank transfer switch unavailable? With no accounts in this section, its switch is disabled. This concerns the customer’s payment method; it does not mean the Rekaz payout account is missing or online payments are disabled.
Can changing the main payout account separate one branch? A main payout-account change concerns the business account, not an individual branch. If you actually need to replace that main account, ask support for the update process applicable to your account. The Bank transfer form is a separate process.
What if I need complete separation? Discuss separate business accounts with Rekaz support before opening another account. Each account has its own website and booking URL. Do not assume two accounts can share one booking URL or unified settings and sales. Confirm each account’s requirements and costs with support.
You can add a link that takes a customer to the other account’s website, but navigating between sites does not merge the accounts. The sale belongs to the account offering the service. Make the destination business or branch clear to the customer.
No matching settlements in Deposits history means the current view has no matching deposits. Check the date, status and correct business account. This history does not verify a customer’s direct transfer to your bank.
