Understand Net Paid Amount and bank deposits in Rekaz

Last updated: September 15, 2026

Net Paid Amount is payments recorded during the period minus refunds processed during that period, including VAT. It does not deduct payment-processing fees to give your net bank payout. Use Online Payments → Deposits history to review actual transfers.

The figure describes recorded payments after refunds within the report’s scope. It covers different payment methods, including cash and card-terminal payments, so it is not necessarily the amount sent to your bank. Fees and payout timing can also make the bank deposit different.

Before you start

Open Reports in your Rekaz dashboard, then Sales. Choose the reporting period and filters you want to review.

  • Use a staff account with access to the required reports and amounts. Compare figures using the same reporting period and filters.

1. Open Sales

Open Reports and select Sales under the financial reports.

Open Sales — Sales

2. Choose the reporting period

Open the date-range control and choose a preset such as This month. The range changes when you choose a preset. Select the date-range button again to close the picker. Review Filters if you need to narrow the report. This example uses September 1 to 14, 2026.

3. Read Net Paid Amount

Find the Net Paid Amount card. It is recorded payments minus refunds during the period, including VAT. The example shows 1,487. This is not necessarily the amount deposited into your bank account.

4. Review payment methods

Select Payments and inspect Net payments by payment method. Here, Cash is 200 and Point Of Sales is 1,287, giving a total of 1,487. These figures are after refunds and include VAT.

5. Read the bank-payout explanation

Return to Sales and scroll to the frequently asked questions. Open “Is the Net Paid Amount what I will receive in my bank account?” The answer explains differences caused by payment methods, fees and payout timing. Select its Online Payments link.

6. Check actual bank deposits

In Deposits history, review Settlement Date, Net amount and Status. Use the status and date filters as needed. This page tracks bank transfers; compare a deposit with the relevant payment scope rather than assuming it equals the report total.

You can identify net payments for the period, inspect the payment-method breakdown, and distinguish them from Net Sales and bank deposits.

Calculation example: payments of SAR 1,000 and refunds of SAR 115 during the period give Net Paid Amount of SAR 885. Do not deduct gateway fees from that example to reproduce this report figure; fees matter when reconciling a bank payout.

Does it include VAT? Yes. The separate Refunds excluding VAT card is different: a SAR 115 refund containing SAR 15 VAT appears there as SAR 100, while Net Paid Amount deducts the full SAR 115.

Which date counts? Payments use the payment date and refunds use the refund date. If a September appointment was paid in August, its payment belongs to August. A refund processed in September affects September.

Why is Net Sales different? It is sales after discounts and returns, excluding VAT, based on issued invoices within the report’s scope. It may include an invoice that is not fully paid. Sales use the order creation date; returns use the refund date.

Why can a payment method be negative? Refunds through that method exceeded payments through it during the selected period. A refund can relate to a payment made before the period started.

The screenshots show Net Paid Amount of 1,487: Cash 200 plus Point Of Sales 1,287. Cash is not an online payment for Rekaz to transfer to your bank, and a payment-method label alone does not identify a particular bank deposit.

For a bank comparison, check Deposits history, Settlement Date, Net amount and Status. The report’s transfer guidance excludes Tabby and Tamara from this page. No matching settlements does not necessarily mean there were no sales or recorded payments.
