# Website agreements in Rekaz: acceptance text, terms and privacy content

Write the short acceptance phrase separately from the full terms. Review both language versions and the page previews so customers see understandable, consistent content.

**Settings → Website Options → Checkout**

## Enable Terms & Conditions checkbox

Enable the checkbox when customers should see an acceptance statement during checkout. Complete the terms content before saving: enabling the checkbox with no terms text causes a validation error. A short acceptance label and the full terms serve different purposes and have separate fields.

## Accept Label and language selector

Write the short phrase next to the acceptance checkbox. It should lead naturally into the Terms & Conditions link, for example, “By completing this order, I agree to the”. Use the adjacent preview to check the full phrase with the link.

The label allows up to 100 characters for each language version. Use this field for the acceptance phrase, not for the policy itself. Review both language versions because an overlong version can prevent saving even while another language is open.

## Preview

This preview shows the acceptance phrase and its Terms & Conditions link together. The checkbox in the preview is illustrative. Clicking or viewing it does not record a customer’s acceptance and does not save the page.

## Terms and Conditions Content; English / العربية

Enter the terms your business intends customers to read. The editor supports formatted text, lists and links. Use headings to divide a long policy into subjects customers can find, such as booking changes and cancellations. Do not use a business description as a substitute for the terms merely to fill the field.

Use the English and العربية controls above the editor to work on each version. Review the selected language before typing or pasting. The terms preview lets you check the reader-facing layout, while the acceptance preview above it checks the short phrase beside the checkbox.

## Privacy Policy Content; English / العربية

Use this editor for the privacy policy you want customers to be able to read. Keep it separate from the terms: the two editors populate different pieces of website content. Select the relevant language before editing.

The screen explains that the privacy-policy page is unavailable until content has been added. Use the page preview to inspect the formatted result. If Write with AI is available, review any proposed wording against the business’s actual practices before applying it.

## Save

Save applies the Website Options form across its tabs. Review all your unsaved changes before saving, including tabs you have left. A preview alone does not apply the settings.

If a required field is missing, correct the highlighted field. For example, an enabled banner needs its announcement text, and maintenance mode needs both a title and a description.
