Check the task’s customer and description before using a row action. The same list contains information about who created the work, who is responsible for it and whether it is finished. These are separate facts: a task can be due today and still be unfinished.

**Tasks → task row / page controls**

## Customer and task information

Read the task description together with its customer. Created By identifies who added the work; Assign to User identifies the person responsible for doing it. Creation Time and Deadline Date answer different questions too: when the task was added and when it is due.

A blank deadline does not mean the task is complete. Use the completion column to read its status.

## Achived: Yes / No

Yes marks the task as completed; No marks it as not completed. The selected choice is shown with a dark background. Use the choice that describes the work’s actual state, rather than changing it simply because the deadline has passed.

These buttons are task actions, not list filters. Completing a task is different from deleting it: use completion to record that the work is finished.

## …: Edit / Delete

Open the three-dot menu on the intended row. Edit opens the task form. Delete opens a separate confirmation; opening the menu alone does not delete the task.

## Edit

The edit form contains the task text, deadline and assigned user. The customer selector shown when creating a task from the main list is absent here; this form does not offer a way to move the task to another customer.

Review the loaded values before changing them. If Assign to User shows Pick, choose the responsible user before submitting. Use the task text to clarify the work and the deadline field to change when it is due. Cancel closes the form without submitting your draft.

## Delete confirmation: Delete / Cancel

Read the task description quoted in the confirmation before choosing Delete. If it is the wrong task, choose Cancel. Use deletion when you intend to remove the task, not to record successful completion.

The confirmation concerns the selected task. Do not use a neighboring row’s menu without checking which task the confirmation names.

## Show: 10 / 25 / 50 / 100

Choose how many tasks to show on one page. The available sizes are 10, 25, 50 and 100. This controls the view; it does not create, delete or select that many tasks.

The total describes the matching results, while the page-size choice is a maximum for each page. Choosing 25 when the search has no matches still leaves an empty list.

## First / Previous / Next / Last page

Use the single arrows to move one page and the double arrows to reach the first or last page. Read the current page indicator before looking for a task on another page.

Unavailable directions are disabled. An empty result can show page 1 of 1; that indicator is not evidence that a task exists. Review the total and active filters as well.
