# Rekaz service add-ons: names, charges, pictures and visibility

Use add-ons for optional extras alongside a booking, such as a hair mask for SAR 35. Keep the main service price in its pricing section; the add-on amount is the extra’s own charge. You can also enter zero for a free extra.

## Add New / Add another

Add New opens the first add-on card. Add another creates a separate card with its own name, amount, image and website switch. It does not duplicate the values you entered in the previous card.

You can add another card while an earlier one is incomplete. Next is where missing names and amounts stop you. Check the warning markers on collapsed cards and finish or remove each incomplete add-on.

## Name

Name the extra itself: Hair mask is clearer than Extra 1. A customer needs to understand what is being offered before comparing the charge. This name is required even if the amount is zero.

Keep different extras on separate cards. Hair mask at 35 and Scalp massage at 25 are two choices; combining their names in one card gives that card only one amount and one visibility setting.

## Name language selector

Use the language selector beside the name to enter Arabic and English wording separately. Switching languages lets you review the other version without replacing the price.

The card heading can show the English name even while the interface and editable name are Arabic. Open the card and check the language selector before deciding a translation has been lost.

## Amount: paid or free

Enter the charge for the extra, not the combined service-and-extra total. If the haircut is 150 and the hair mask adds 35, enter 35 on the hair-mask card. Read the tax hint beneath the input; the pictured account shows Prices include tax.

For a free extra, type 0 explicitly. An untouched empty field also shows 0.00 as a prompt, but Next still asks for an amount. After entering a value, leave the field and review the formatted number.

## Show in website?

This is the add-on’s website-display setting. It starts on for a new card. Turn it off when you do not want this extra offered on the website, and review each card separately: turning off Hair mask does not turn off Scalp massage.

Switching it off keeps the card and its entered name and amount in the service draft. Use the card’s trash icon if you intend to remove the add-on instead. Complete the service setup to apply your configuration.

## Addon Image / Upload image

Choose a picture for this specific extra. The field displays a 500×500 px size hint. Use a square image with the important subject near the center, since the preview is a small square.

This field is separate from Images Gallery for the whole service. A picture is optional: a named add-on with an entered amount can move to the next step without one. After selecting a file, wait for the preview before continuing.

## Trash icon beside the picture

The trash icon beside the thumbnail removes the picture from the add-on draft and brings back Upload image. The name, amount and website setting remain.

Use this control when replacing a picture. The other trash icon in the card header removes the entire add-on, so check which icon you are about to click.

## Card heading and expand/collapse arrow

Click the heading or arrow to open a card for editing. Collapsing it only hides its inputs; it does not remove the extra. A warning beside a collapsed heading means you need to open that card and fix its required fields.

When returning from the next step, open the card to review its actual name, amount and website switch. The heading alone does not show every setting.

## Dotted drag handle

With more than one add-on, use the dotted handle beside a card to move it. On the desktop layout it becomes visible as you point at the card. The extra’s name, amount and website setting move together.

After moving Scalp massage above Hair mask, the position labels become First Addon and Second Addon accordingly. Check the names rather than relying on the old position numbers before editing or deleting.

## Card trash icon

The trash icon in the header removes the whole add-on from a new service draft immediately, without a second confirmation in this form. Check the name, especially after reordering.

Removing the last add-on returns the section to Add New. It does not remove the main service price. If your intention is only to stop website display, use Show in website? instead of deleting the card.
