Start with the period, then narrow the sales report with filters. Understand when a choice takes effect and how to broaden an empty result without accidentally changing the dates.

**Reports → Sales → Sales**

## Reporting period

Set the dates for the question you are investigating. Sales use the order creation date, payments use the payment date, and refunds use the refund date. An order created in August and paid in September can therefore contribute to September payments without becoming a new September sale. Read the dates together with the selected tab before comparing figures.

## Today

Review this calendar day. This is not a rolling 24-hour period.

## Yesterday

Review the previous calendar day, with the same date at both ends.

## Last 7 days

Include today and the six preceding days. On 21 September, for example, this means 15–21 September.

## Last 30 days

Include today and the 29 preceding days. This differs from a complete calendar month.

## Last 90 days

Include today and the 89 preceding days. Check the displayed boundaries before comparing it with a quarter.

## This month

Review the first day of the current month through today. This is the default period, so a mid-month report does not represent a complete month.

## Last month

Review the full previous calendar month, from its first day to its last.

## This year

Review 1 January through today. Use custom dates for a financial year with different boundaries.

## Last year

Review the previous calendar year, 1 January through 31 December.

## Since beginning

Use the broad historical period. Open the picker to read its actual Start date; the label does not mean the date your account was created.

## Start

Choose the first day from the calendar, then choose the last day. If you close the picker after selecting only a start, it applies that day as a one-day period.

## End

Choose the final day and check the completed range on the main date button. You can select the same day at both ends. The desktop picker has no separate Apply button.

## Previous month arrow

Move back through the calendar to find an earlier date. Moving between months does not itself select a new reporting period.

## Next month arrow

Move forward through the calendar. Check the month and year before choosing a day, especially around the end of a year.

## Clear date (×)

Clear the specific range to switch to Since beginning. This broadens the period; it does not mean Today or leave the report without dates. Other filter groups stay separate.

## Filters and the number beside it

Open the panel to narrow the report by branch, creator, status, category or service. Changes in this panel wait for Show Results. The number beside Filters counts active filter groups, not individual choices: three selected statuses count as one group.

## Branch / All branches

Choose one branch to focus the review, or All branches to remove that restriction. The branch must also match the other applied filters. Choosing a branch here changes the report view; it does not move orders between branches.

## Created By / All creators / System

Use the person who created the order when you are reviewing order entry. This is different from the specialist who performs the service. Choose System for entries attributed to the system, or All creators to remove this restriction.

## Status

Select one or more of Paid, Partially Paid, Refunded and Partially Refunded. For example, choose Partially Paid when reviewing orders that still have an unpaid balance. Empty selection removes the status restriction. The status describes the order; it is not the appointment confirmation or attendance state.

## Search inside Status

Type part of a status label to find it in the picker. This searches the choices, not the report rows. Clearing the search does not remove statuses you already selected.

## Remove a status / clear selected statuses

Choose a selected status again to remove it, or use the field’s clear icon to remove the whole status selection. A “+1 more” label means additional choices are selected; it is not a selection limit. Apply the updated selection with Show Results.

## Category / All categories

Choose the service categories you want to include. Several categories can be selected together. Combine this with a service selection only when the service belongs to the intended category; incompatible restrictions can leave the report empty.

## Search inside Category

Find a category by its saved name. These names belong to your account and may remain Arabic even in an English interface. The search narrows the choices without clearing your selections.

## Select All / clear categories

Select all category options together; choose it again when all are selected to clear them. You can also use the clear icon in the category field. With no categories selected, the category filter is unrestricted.

## Close in a status or category picker

Close the small picker to return to the filter panel. Your choices remain in the panel draft; this is not the same as Show Results.

## Service / All services

Select the services or products you want to review. You can select more than one. This selector chooses the service itself, so use the detailed report to inspect separate price rows where they appear. Selecting a service does not alter its publication or pricing settings.

## Service search

Type part of the saved service name and wait for matching choices. If a service is missing, clear the search and choose All above the list before assuming it is unavailable. Published and Internal badges describe visibility, not whether the service is selected.

## All / category pills inside Service

Use these buttons to browse service choices by category. They narrow the picker’s list; they do not replace the separate Category field in the report filters. Existing service selections remain until you remove them.

## All Products and Services

Remove the specific service selection so the service field no longer restricts the report. Other filters, including Category, still apply. This is different from the All button above the picker, which only broadens the choices you are browsing.

## Remove one service / clear services

Use × beside a service name to remove that service, or the field’s outer × to clear all selected services. Removing one service leaves the others selected. More than two selections may be summarized by a + number.

## Close the service picker

Return to the filter panel with the current service choices. Press Show Results in the main panel to apply them to the report.

## Show Results

Apply the draft choices together and close the panel. Wait for the report to finish refreshing. Different filter groups combine: a row must meet the chosen branch, creator, status, category and service restrictions that apply. If nothing matches, remove restrictions one at a time to find the cause.

## Close the filter panel

Close the main panel without Show Results to discard its unapplied changes. Reopening starts from the filters already applied to the report. Closing a smaller picker inside the panel only returns you to the draft.

## Reset

Reset clears the five filter groups and returns the date period to This month. Use it when you want to restart the review from the default view. It can be available because you changed the dates even when no other filter is selected.

## Remove one applied filter chip (×)

Remove that filter group directly from the report, keeping the other groups and the date range. Removing a Status chip removes that group’s status selection, so reopen Filters if you only want to remove one of several statuses.

## Clear all

Clear the branch, creator, status, category and service restrictions while keeping your selected dates. Choose this when you want to broaden the same period. Reset inside the panel also returns the period to This month.
