Choose a meaningful reservation scope, understand how the two date fields differ, and apply or remove filters without confusing payment status with appointment status.

**Reports → Reservation Reports → Filters**

## Filters and its count

Open Filters to define which reservations you want to review. The number counts active filter groups, including the default date period; it is not a reservation count. Several services selected together count as one group. Scroll inside the panel to reach its lower controls.

## Transactions date

This report starts with the current month through today. Use this date field when reviewing reservations associated with the reporting payment period. Do not read it as the appointment date: that has a separate field. Pending-payment reservations can also appear, so a reservation count is not a count of completed payments.

## Reservation date

Use this second period to narrow appointments by when they take place. Leaving it blank avoids adding an appointment-date restriction. If you fill both date fields, both restrictions apply; changing the appointment period does not clear the payment period. Start by deciding whether your question concerns payments, appointments, or their overlap.

## Today

Review this calendar day. This is not a rolling 24-hour period.

## Yesterday

Review the previous calendar day, with the same date at both ends.

## Last 7 days

Include today and the six preceding days. On 21 September, for example, this means 15–21 September.

## Last 30 days

Include today and the 29 preceding days. This differs from a complete calendar month.

## Last 90 days

Include today and the 89 preceding days. Check the displayed boundaries before comparing it with a quarter.

## This month

Choose the first day of the current month through today. Transactions date starts with this period; Reservation date starts blank. A mid-month result is not a complete calendar month.

## Last month

Review the full previous calendar month, from its first day to its last.

## This year

Review 1 January through today. Use custom dates for a financial year with different boundaries.

## Last year

Review the previous calendar year, 1 January through 31 December.

## Since beginning

Use the broad historical period. Open the picker to read its actual Start date; the label does not mean the date your account was created.

## Start

Select Start and choose the first day, then choose the last day. Check both displayed dates before leaving the calendar. Calendar choices are still a draft until you choose Show Results in the filter panel.

## End

Choose the final day and check the completed range on the main date button. You can select the same day at both ends. The desktop picker has no separate Apply button.

## Previous month arrow

Move back through the calendar to find an earlier date. Moving between months does not itself select a new reporting period.

## Next month arrow

Move forward through the calendar. Check the month and year before choosing a day, especially around the end of a year.

## Clear Transactions date (×)

The cross changes the field to Since beginning. It broadens the period rather than restoring This month. Open the calendar to inspect the actual starting date. Choose Show Results to use the broader period.

## Clear Reservation date (×)

The cross in Reservation date removes that date restriction and returns the placeholder. It behaves differently from the cross in Transactions date. Your other draft choices remain.

## Beauty Expert / specialist

Choose one specialist to focus the report on their reservations. Search the list by name and select the actual result. A selected specialist also changes the revenue and average labels to specialist-specific measures; read those labels before comparing with an unfiltered report. The wording can reflect your business type.

## Customer

Select an existing customer, rather than typing a name and leaving the result unselected. The lookup supports name, mobile number or customer number. A customer with orders can still have no qualifying reservations in this report; first check the dates and other filters.

## Search and clear a specialist, customer or branch

Open the relevant list and type to narrow its options. Select one result. The cross beside a selected value removes that one restriction in the draft. It does not delete the customer, specialist or branch.

## Mobile Number

Use all or part of the customer’s mobile number to narrow reservations. Spaces, hyphens and letters are removed as you type; digits and + remain. This is a filter, not a phone-number editor. A selected customer and a different mobile-number filter must both match, so that combination can return no rows.

## Service

Open the service selector and choose the services or price options relevant to your review. More than one can be selected. Check the option name as well as the service name when a service has several choices. Searching for an item does not select it.

## Search and category buttons

Type part of a service name, or use a category button to narrow the choices shown. All returns the category view to all categories. A no-results message applies to this lookup; it does not mean the whole business has no reservations.

## All products and services

Use this option to remove the service restriction. It is separate from the All category button. Close dismisses the selector; Show Results in the main panel applies the report filters.

## Branch

Choose one branch for the review. Leaving the field empty does not add a branch restriction. It still combines with your specialist, customer, service and date choices. Filtering here does not change a reservation’s assigned branch.

## Reservation Source

Choose All, internal System or Website. Use internal System for reservations entered through the platform, or Website for website-origin reservations. This describes how the reservation originated, not how its payment was collected.

## Show / Hide advanced search

Expand the advanced area to access Paid Status, Payment Method and Payment Gateway. Hiding the area does not clear selected values. Check the applied filter chips when results look unexpectedly narrow.

_Reservation source, paid status, payment method and gateway_

## Paid Status

Choose All, Pending Payment, Paid or Partially Paid. This is the order’s payment status; it is separate from whether the appointment is confirmed or completed. Use Pending Payment when reviewing unpaid reservations, and do not treat a Paid label as proof the appointment took place.

## Pending Payment

Narrow to reservations whose orders are awaiting payment. Leave Payment Method and Payment Gateway at All when you want to investigate unpaid reservations broadly. Adding a method or gateway adds a further condition.

## Paid

Narrow by paid order status. Use the appointment-date field separately if your question is about paid appointments in a particular appointment period.

## Partially Paid

Narrow to orders with partial payment. Review paid and remaining amounts in the results rather than assuming every matching order has the same deposit percentage.

## Payment Method

Choose All, Cash, Online, Bank Transfer, Point Of Sales, Installment services or Other. Select the method recorded for the payment you want to investigate. This is a report filter; it does not take a payment or change the order’s method.

## Cash

Review reservations associated with recorded cash payments.

## Online

Review reservations associated with recorded online payments. Do not confuse this with Website in Reservation Source.

## Bank Transfer

Review reservations associated with payments recorded as bank transfers.

## Point Of Sales

Review reservations associated with payments recorded through the point-of-sale payment method. This is not a filter for every order entered on the Cashier page.

## Installment services

Use the installment payment-method category. Choose a specific provider separately under Payment Gateway when needed.

## Other

Review payments classified under Other. This choice does not open a field for entering a new payment-method name.

## Payment Gateway — All, Tamara, Tabby

Choose Tamara or Tabby to narrow by that gateway, or All to leave gateway unrestricted. The dropdown lists these two gateways; it is not a list of every gateway shown elsewhere in the platform. It does not connect a provider or activate installments.

## Show Results

Apply the whole draft together. The panel closes and the report updates; give the loading state time to finish before reading the count. Different filter groups must match together, so add restrictions gradually when diagnosing a missing reservation.

## Close

Close the panel to discard unapplied changes. Selecting a different value is not enough to update the report until Show Results is used. Closing an inner dropdown only dismisses that dropdown.

## Reset / Clear all

Reset returns to the default current-month period and removes the other restrictions. It does not mean an unrestricted all-time report. Clear all on the report uses this reset behavior too. The selected report tab remains.

## Remove one applied filter

Use the cross on a filter chip to remove that restriction directly. This is different from editing an unapplied draft. If you need to remove only the customer, do not use Clear all and lose the rest of your chosen scope.

## Reopening or reloading the report

Recheck the filter panel after reloading or reopening this report: the filters reset to their defaults. Switching the interface language can also reload the page. Do not rely on the previous filter selection when reading a newly loaded report.
