Find processed refunds, distinguish refund operations from orders, and compare the table with the correct summary period.

**Reports → Refunds**

## What appears in this report

Review processed refunds and compare their amounts, customers and services. Pending or rejected requests are not processed refunds. This report is for reviewing existing records; it has no control for issuing a new refund.

## Search by order number, customer, or service

Enter an order number, part of a customer name, or part of a service name. The rows update automatically after a short pause. Search combines with the date range and returns the table to page one. It does not filter the summary cards above it.

## Why the summary and row count can differ

The summary uses the reporting dates, while the table also uses your search. Searching for one order can leave one row below a card counting several refunds. For example, seven refunds in September can remain in the summary while a specific-order search shows only one of them. Clear the search when reconciling the complete period.

## Pick a date range

Filter by the date the refund was processed, rather than the original order or payment date. No dates are selected initially. Choose a preset or a custom range; check the visible dates before comparing totals. The Refund Rate card remains fixed to its own last-30-days window.

## Today

Review this calendar day. This is not a rolling 24-hour period.

## Yesterday

Review the previous calendar day, with the same date at both ends.

## Last 7 days

Include today and the six preceding days. On 21 September, for example, this means 15–21 September.

## Last 30 days

Include today and the 29 preceding days. This differs from a complete calendar month.

## Last 90 days

Include today and the 89 preceding days. Check the displayed boundaries before comparing it with a quarter.

## This month

Review the first day of the current month through today. A mid-month result is not a complete calendar month.

## Last month

Review the full previous calendar month, from its first day to its last.

## This year

Review 1 January through today. Use custom dates for a financial year with different boundaries.

## Last year

Review the previous calendar year, 1 January through 31 December.

## Since beginning

Use the broad historical period. Open the picker to read its actual Start date; the label does not mean the date your account was created.

## Start

Choose the first day from the calendar, then choose the last day. If you close the picker after selecting only a start, it applies that day as a one-day period.

## End

Choose the final day and check the completed range on the main date button. You can select the same day at both ends. The desktop picker has no separate Apply button.

## Previous month arrow

Move back through the calendar to find an earlier date. Moving between months does not itself select a new reporting period.

## Next month arrow

Move forward through the calendar. Check the month and year before choosing a day, especially around the end of a year.

## Clear date (×)

Remove both reporting dates while keeping the search text. The date button returns to Pick a date range and the summary broadens. Clearing dates does not mean Today.

## All Refunds

Read one processed refund per row, newest first. The same order can appear more than once when it has several refunds. Count the rows as refund operations, not distinct orders.

## By Customer

Group matching refunds by customer. Compare the number of refund operations, distinct orders and total amount. Two partial refunds of 10 and 40 on the same order count as two refunds and one order, totalling 50.

## By Service

Group the matching refund activity by service or item. This view is ordered by refund amount, highest first. One refund involving several services can be represented in several service groups; adding group counts is not a reliable way to recover the number of distinct refunds.

_By Service_

## Switching tabs

Changing tabs clears the search and dates and resets page one to 25 rows. Reapply the same period after switching if you want a fair comparison between all refunds, customers and services.

## Refund Count

Count processed refund operations in the selected period, regardless of the search text. Several refunds for one order each contribute to this count.

## Total Refund Amount

Read the sum of processed refund amounts for the reporting period. This card follows the dates but not the table search. The amount is shown as a positive refunded value; it is not a new payment received.

## Refund Rate — Last 30 days

This card compares processed refund amounts with paid amounts over its fixed last-30-days window. It is a percentage of money, not the percentage of customers who requested refunds. Changing the main date filter or searching for an order does not change that window.

## Most Refunded Service

Identify the service appearing in the most refund operations within the reporting period. It is ranked by count, not the largest refunded amount; it can therefore differ from the first service in the amount-ranked table.

## Refund Count information

Open the information icon beside this card to read what the figure measures. This explains the card; it does not apply a filter.

## Total Refund Amount information

Open the information icon beside this card to read what the figure measures. This explains the card; it does not apply a filter.

## Refund Rate information

Open the information icon beside this card to read what the figure measures. This explains the card; it does not apply a filter.

## Most Refunded Service information

Open the information icon beside this card to read what the figure measures. This explains the card; it does not apply a filter.

## Order # link

Open the original order in a new tab to inspect its payment and refund history. Several rows can open the same order. Opening a link does not perform another refund.

## Type — Full or Partial

The badge describes the refund row in its payment or service scope. Do not assume Full means the entire order was refunded in a single operation. An order paid in several parts can have several rows labelled Full; inspect its original payment history when reconciling the total.

## Service / Item

Read the service or item associated with the refund. Multiple names may be shortened to fit; point at a truncated cell to inspect the full list. Saved item names may remain Arabic in the English interface.

## Customer

Use the saved customer name to identify the order. A dash means that no customer name is displayed; it does not mean the refund amount is zero.

## Amount

Read the amount of this refund operation. In a service-specific detail view, the amount can relate to that service’s share. Compare like-for-like scopes before adding rows or matching them to the whole order.

## Refund Method

Read the recorded return method, such as Cash or Bank Transfer. This describes the refund rather than necessarily the customer’s original payment method. A custom method can appear by its saved name.

## Date

This is the processing date of the refund. Dates in this table use month/day/year, including in Arabic: 9/14/2026 means 14 September 2026. Do not read the first number as the day.

## Refunds and Orders

Refunds counts operations; Orders counts different orders within the group. These figures can differ when an order has more than one refund. Neither field is editable.

## Total Amount

Read the refund total for this customer or service within the table filters. The grouped lists are sorted by amount, largest first; their headings do not provide interactive sorting.

## Show

Open the refund rows behind a customer or service group. The drawer keeps the report’s search and dates. Check its title and row amounts before comparing it with another group.

## Refund detail drawer

Read the order number, full/partial type, amount, return method and date. The drawer starts with ten rows per page and has its own pagination. It is a read-only review of processed operations.

## Close

Close the detail drawer and return to the grouped table. This does not change the report filters or refund records.

## Rows per page — 10, 25, 50, 100

Choose how many rows to show and return to the first page. The main table defaults to 25; the detail drawer defaults to ten. Changing the drawer’s size does not change the main table’s size.

## First page

Return to the first page of this table.

## Previous page

Move back one page.

## Next page

Show the next group of rows.

## Last page

Go to the last page. Disabled arrows mean no page is available in that direction.

## No matching refunds

Clear the search or widen the period. A filtered empty table can appear below nonzero summary cards because search does not restrict those cards. This page does not offer an Excel or PDF export button.
