Compare eligible specialist activity, understand the difference between summary and detail filters, and read each reservation’s dates, status and amounts.

**Reports → Beauty Experts Reports**

## When does a reservation appear?

The report includes fully paid reservations that are confirmed and have started, or are marked Done. Partially refunded reservations use the remaining amount. A future appointment or partly paid booking does not qualify simply because it exists. Check both the reservation status and payment status when a booking appears to be missing.

## Reservation period

Choose the dates of the reservations, not the dates when money was collected. For example, a customer pays in August for a September appointment. That advance payment can appear in the sales report before the appointment becomes eligible here in September. Use the same reservation period when comparing specialists.

## Today

Review this calendar day. This is not a rolling 24-hour period.

## Yesterday

Review the previous calendar day, with the same date at both ends.

## Last 7 days

Include today and the six preceding days. On 21 September, for example, this means 15–21 September.

## Last 30 days

Include today and the 29 preceding days. This differs from a complete calendar month.

## Last 90 days

Include today and the 89 preceding days. Check the displayed boundaries before comparing it with a quarter.

## This month

Review the first day of the current month through today. This is the default period, so a mid-month report does not represent a complete month.

## Last month

Review the full previous calendar month, from its first day to its last.

## This year

Review 1 January through today. Use custom dates for a financial year with different boundaries.

## Last year

Review the previous calendar year, 1 January through 31 December.

## Since beginning

Use the broad historical period. Open the picker to read its actual Start date; the label does not mean the date your account was created.

## Start

Choose the first day from the calendar, then choose the last day. If you close the picker after selecting only a start, it applies that day as a one-day period.

## End

Choose the final day and check the completed range on the main date button. You can select the same day at both ends. The desktop picker has no separate Apply button.

## Previous month arrow

Move back through the calendar to find an earlier date. Moving between months does not itself select a new reporting period.

## Next month arrow

Move forward through the calendar. Check the month and year before choosing a day, especially around the end of a year.

## Clear date (×)

Clear the specific range to switch to Since beginning. This broadens the period; it does not mean Today or leave the report without dates. Other filter groups stay separate.

## Filters

Combine a branch with one or more specialists and services. The badge counts filter groups: choosing two services adds one group, not two. Dates and the detail-table search are separate controls.

_Provider and service filters_

## Branch / All branches

Choose one branch to compare work performed there, or All branches to remove this restriction. A specialist selected alongside a branch must have qualifying work within that combined scope to produce results. This does not move their bookings.

## Beauty Expert Name

Select one or several specialists. Multiple selections let you compare a team without including every specialist. A saved specialist can be selectable yet have no eligible reservations in the chosen period; an empty result does not mean their record is missing.

## Search for a specialist

Type the saved name, wait for suggestions and select the intended result. Typing alone does not select a specialist. Customer-entered names keep their saved language even when the interface language changes.

## Remove a selected specialist

Deselect a name or use its remove control to take it out of the draft. Clear removes the current specialist selection. Apply the draft to update the report; removing a filter does not delete a specialist.

## Service / All services

Choose the services whose work you want to compare. Several selected services are alternatives within this group; they remain combined with the branch, specialists and dates. All services removes the service restriction.

## Search services

Search by the saved service name, then select a result. If nothing matches, clear the search and check the category selection. Clearing search text changes the available suggestions, not the services already selected.

## Service categories

Use a category to narrow the choices inside the picker. Return to All to see choices across categories. This helps you find a service; review the selected service names before applying the report filter.

## Remove service selection

Remove an individual selected service when you want to keep the others. Choose All services to remove the group restriction, then apply.

## Show Results

Apply the drawer selections together. The table returns to its first page. The existing detail search and All/Shared choice remain relevant, so check them if the summary has results but the table does not.

## Close filters

Close the drawer to discard unapplied edits. Reopen it to review the filters currently applied to the report.

## Reset

Restore the default current-month period and remove the branch, specialist and service restrictions. This does not clear the detail search or switch Shared reservations back to All. To fully broaden the table, clear those separately.

## Remove an applied filter

Use × on a filter chip to remove that group immediately. Removing the specialist chip clears the selected specialists as a group. The other groups and dates stay in place.

## Clear all

Remove branch, specialist and service restrictions while keeping the dates. This differs from Reset in the drawer. The detail search and Shared reservations choice also remain, so Clear all alone may still leave an empty table.

## Most booked provider, total specialists and reservations

Read these cards as a summary of eligible work under the main filters. Total specialists is not the count of every specialist saved in your account. The most-booked card ranks reservation activity, not the largest paid amount.

## Beauty Experts Paid Amount

Compare the amounts attributed to specialists within the selected scope. Read the amount shown for each bar rather than assuming the busiest specialist generated the most sales. The detail search below does not change this chart.

## Fullscreen / Close

Enlarge the amount chart when names or amounts are difficult to read, then close it to return. Enlarging the chart does not change its filters.

## Choose a specialist in the service chart

Select a specialist tab to see her services ranked by booking count. This changes the service chart only; it does not apply a specialist filter to the whole report or its detail table.

## Previous and next specialist tabs

Use the strip arrows when all specialist tabs do not fit. These arrows reveal more names; they are separate from the detail-table page arrows.

## Most provided services

Read the booking count next to each service. The number of services describes the distinct service choices shown for the selected specialist, not the total bookings. One service can account for several bookings.

## All reservations

Include both individual and shared reservations that satisfy the main filters and detail search. Use this when a Shared-only view hides the booking you need.

## Shared reservations

Limit the detail table and exports to reservations involving more than one provider. The summary cards and charts keep the main report scope. Zero shared results can therefore appear below nonzero summary totals.

## Search by provider, reservation number, or service

Narrow the detail rows by one of these values. Searching an exact reservation number is useful when matching one booking against the report. The search affects exports but does not narrow the summary cards or charts. Clear the text to return to the wider detail view.

_Detail search and shared reservations_

## Specialist names

Read the names assigned to the reservation. A shared reservation can show several names in one row. If a +number appears, hover over the names to read the full list.

## Customer, service and reservation number

Use these columns together to identify the booking. A blank customer cell is not a separate anonymous-customer filter. The reservation number identifies the booking; the invoice number identifies its associated bill, which can contain several bookings.

## Status and Paid Status

Reservation status describes the appointment, while payment status describes its payment. Confirmed and Paid answer different questions. Read them alongside the eligibility notice rather than treating either as a replacement for the other.

## Quantity

Read the quantity associated with the reservation. This is separate from the number of specialists sharing it and the total number of rows in the report.

## Reservation From and Reservation To

Check both the date and time when matching a booking to the reporting period. These are appointment times, not payment timestamps or the date when the export was downloaded.

## Paid Amount and Service value per provider

Amounts include VAT and are split equally between providers on shared reservations. For example, a service value of 120 shared by two providers gives 60 per provider; do not count 120 for each person. For gifts and packages, the service-value column uses each provider’s share of the original service price, so it can differ from the amount collected when the booking is used.

## No data available

First check eligibility and reservation dates, then the branch, specialists and services. Finally clear the detail search and select All. This order helps distinguish a genuinely empty main report from a detail-only restriction.

## Show: 10, 25, 50, 100

Choose how many detail rows to display per page. The initial size is 10; changing it returns to page one. It does not change the summary totals or limit exports to that number.

## First page

Return to the first group of results.

## Previous page

Go back one page; unavailable on the first page.

## Next page

Read the next group of detail rows.

## Last page

Jump to the final page and check the page indicator.

## Export

Review the dates, main filters, search and All/Shared selection before downloading. Exports use the detail scope across pages, not just the rows currently visible. Summary charts are not a substitute for checking these detail restrictions.

_Report export_

## Export to Excel

Download a spreadsheet for further comparison. If there are no matching details, the file can contain an empty worksheet without column headings. Check the on-screen result and remove unintended restrictions before trying again.

## Export as PDF

Download a PDF directly from this menu. An empty result can still produce a page with column headings and zero totals. The date in the heading is the export date; it does not document the selected reservation period. Keep a separate note of that period and filters when sharing the report for reconciliation.

## Refresh

Refresh after a relevant reservation or payment changes, then wait for loading to finish before comparing figures. A refreshed report still uses the current filters.
