# Rekaz Loyalty: wallet card appearance fields

Customize the appearance of a stamp-based loyalty card. Use the preview to check colors and artwork before saving.

**Marketing Tools → Loyalty Program → Wallet Theme**

## Card’s Color

Set the card background using the color swatch or its hex text value. Both controls change the same color. Check the preview with your chosen text color so that the card’s details remain readable. Changes appear immediately in the preview and need Save to be applied.

## Text Color

Choose the card’s text color or enter its hex code; #FFFFFF is white. Check it against the background and any banner image. A color that is clear on one part of the image may be hard to read on another.

## Card banner image

The banner adds an image behind the stamps. It is optional for this stamp-card theme: without it, the card uses the background color. The recommended image size is 1125 × 369 pixels.

Use simple artwork that leaves earned and empty stamps distinguishable. Check the full card preview before saving, particularly if the picture includes its own text or detailed patterns.

## Stamp style

Choose Emoji for a symbol-based stamp, or My own images to supply your own artwork. The custom-image choice reveals separate controls for earned and empty stamps.

Treat the two states as a pair. Customers should be able to see their progress without having to work out which picture means earned. Switching the style updates the preview; Save applies it.

## Emoji / Change

In Emoji mode, choose Change and select the symbol for earned stamps. Inspect it at its actual size in the card preview; a symbol that looks clear in the picker may be less recognizable when repeated across the card. Save keeps the selection.

## Stamp image

Upload the image representing a stamp the customer has earned. In My own images mode, this field is required. The recommendation is a 512 × 512 pixel PNG with a transparent background.

Prepare the empty version too. For example, a filled symbol for earned stamps and an outline of the same symbol for empty stamps makes the difference easy to understand.

## Empty stamp image

Upload the image for a stamp not yet earned. The recommendation is a 512 × 512 pixel PNG with a transparent background. Keep its proportions consistent with the earned image so that the row of stamps stays aligned.

Review both images on the card, including against the selected banner or background. The difference should remain visible at the small size used for each stamp.

## Save

Check the colors and both stamp states, then select Save. It is initially disabled when there are no changes. A successful save stores the theme and returns to the loyalty dashboard.

The preview illustrates the design using sample information. Its stamp count is not a customer’s actual balance.
