# Rekaz Loyalty: points-card design and conversion fields

Review the points-card design and how existing stamp balances will carry over. Conversion is permanent: the final screen states that you cannot return to stamps.

## Banner Image

Choose the image for the top of the points card. The recommended size is 1125 × 369 pixels, a wide horizontal image. Use artwork whose important text or logo remains readable within that shape.

This step requires an image. Next stays disabled until one is available. Review the crop and card preview before continuing.

## Crop Image / crop area and corner handles

Move the crop area and adjust its corner handles to choose the part of the picture that will appear. The controls also support arrow-key movement. Keep important text and logos inside the selected area, with enough space around them to avoid cutting them off.

Apply uses the selected crop. Cancel closes the crop editor. Review the result in the card preview after applying it.

## Delete image

Delete removes the selected image from this setup form. Because a banner is required, you need to choose a replacement before you can continue from Wallet design.

## Card’s Color

Choose the card background with the color picker or enter its hex color code. Read the card preview as a whole: the background needs to work with both the banner and the text color. A brand color that looks good on its own may make the card text difficult to read.

The preview updates during setup. The points configuration is applied when you complete conversion.

## Text Color

Choose the text color or enter its hex code, such as #FFFFFF for white. Judge it against the selected background in the preview. Light text generally needs a sufficiently dark background, and dark text needs a sufficiently light one.

Check the small details as well as the large balance display. This color becomes part of the points configuration when conversion is completed.

## Points per manually added or removed stamp

This rate handles stamps that were added or removed manually, without an associated purchase. Enter a nonnegative whole number for the points assigned to each such stamp during conversion.

Zero means those manual adjustments are ignored. Treat that as an intentional balance decision, especially if you previously corrected customers’ stamps by hand. This field is separate from the explanation of purchase-related balances on the review screen; read both before converting.

## I understand this is permanent and can’t be reversed

Read the warning before checking the confirmation: the conversion is permanent, and the screen states that you cannot return to stamps afterwards. Review the earning rate, reward catalog and treatment of manual stamps first.

Checking the box acknowledges the warning and enables the final action when the other requirements are met. The checkbox itself does not convert the program.

## Convert to points

Convert to points performs the permanent change. It is different from Next, which only advances through setup. At least one reward must exist before conversion.

Before using it, read the balance-carryover explanation on the review screen, including its treatment of refunds and rewards redeemed previously. Use Back if any setting needs another check. After conversion, the screen warns that returning to stamps is not available.

## Back / Next

Use Back to revisit an earlier step and Next to advance after completing its required fields. Wallet design requires a banner before Next becomes available. You can return from the review step to inspect the card and settings before the separate final conversion action.
