# Rekaz Ads: Performance Max text, previews and saving

Write the text as a set of useful alternatives, each of which makes sense on its own. A headline introduces the offer; a long headline gives it more context; a description explains what the visitor can do next. Keep all three consistent with the destination page.

**Rekaz Ads → Google campaign → Performance Max → Creative**

## Business Name

Enter the name customers should recognize beside the logo, using up to 25 characters. This is public ad content, unlike the internal campaign name entered in Basic Info.

Check a prefilled name against the business you are advertising. A useful internal campaign label such as “September appointments” should not replace the business’s recognizable name here.

## Headlines / Add Headline

Supply 5 to 15 short headlines, with up to 30 characters in each. Use Add Headline for another row and complete the text; an empty row is not a finished headline.

Give each alternative a different purpose. For salon appointments, “Book Your Salon Appointment” invites action, while a truthful service name tells people what they can book. Repeating the same sentence with one word changed adds little useful choice.

## Long Headlines / Add Long Headline

Add 1 to 5 long headlines. Each must contain at least 30 and no more than 90 characters; a shorter entry shows the minimum beside its counter.

Use the extra room to connect the offer to a useful action. “Explore salon services and choose an appointment that fits your day” explains more than the single word “Salon”. It still needs to describe what the destination actually offers.

## Descriptions / Add Description

Supply 3 to 5 descriptions, each up to 90 characters. These are main ad descriptions, separate from the two short lines inside each quick link.

Explain what the visitor will find or do: review service details, see available appointments or choose a suitable service. Do not add a price, guarantee or claimed experience that the business cannot support.

## Text-row remove icon

The bin beside a text row removes that alternative immediately from the current creative. Check the row before clicking it. Removing a long headline from a full five-row set brings back Add Long Headline.

Keep the required minimum in mind when removing text. A row count alone does not show whether the remaining wording is complete, distinct or accurate.

## Generate

Use Generate beside the section you want suggestions for. In Long Headlines, it fills available spaces while retaining the existing alternatives. Review the resulting rows before continuing.

Treat every suggestion as draft copy. Check names, services, prices, experience and promises. Replace unsupported claims with facts you can stand behind; a plausible sentence is not evidence that the claim is true.

## Why add more than one? / Close

The help beside Headlines or Descriptions explains why the ad uses alternatives. Open the explanation for the section you are working on, then Close to return. It does not add text to your fields.

## Creative Quality

Use the listed suggestions to find missing or weak parts of the creative: text variety, images and quick links. The rating changes as you edit the content.

The rating is not a fact check or a guarantee of bookings. You still need to check the business name, claims, contact details and destinations yourself.

## Search / Gmail & YouTube / Display & Discover / arrows

Choose a preview group, then use its arrows to inspect the formats inside it. Gmail & YouTube contains separate Gmail and YouTube views; Display & Discover contains separate Display and Discover views.

Read the text with the logo and destination as a customer would. The preview is approximate, and actual appearance may vary. Changing a preview tab does not select or exclude that advertising placement.

## Continue

Continue checks the creative before moving on. If it stays on Creative, read the messages beside the affected fields and complete what is missing. The general warning at the bottom is a prompt to review the form, not a saved or launched confirmation.

## Basic Info → Save Draft

To keep unfinished creative work, return to Basic Info using the step navigation and choose Save Draft. After the dashboard opens, find the draft in Campaigns and reopen Edit to check the text and links.

Do not rely on the top × as a save action. Text entered since the last save can be lost when you exit. Saving a draft keeps the work for later; it does not launch the campaign.
