Yes. Open Online payments → Manage payments and add a restriction under the relevant payment method. Choose Specific services, select the services and decide whether to Only allow when or Hide when the conditions match. Save and check the payment page your customer actually uses.

These rules are managed under Payment restrictions rather than inside each service’s editor. The example allows online card payment and Apple Pay for a cart containing only the service قص, with an optional amount range of 50–500 SAR. Choose the rule that fits your business and retain a suitable payment option for other cases.

## Before you start

Online payments → Manage payments.

- Use an account with permission to manage online payments. Activate the payment method and complete its provider requirements before relying on it.

- Identify the services and an appropriate payment option for other orders. Prepare an order or cart to check matching and nonmatching cases.

## 1\. Open payment management

Open Online payments from the navigation, then Manage payments. Review the enabled methods and ensure an appropriate option exists for cases that will not match the restriction.

## 2\. Add or open a restriction

Select Add restriction inside the relevant payment-method card. To update an existing rule, open Payment restrictions and select its name, as shown here. The example selects Online Payment and Apple Pay together.

## 3\. Choose the effect

Choose Only allow when to offer the selected methods only if the conditions match. Choose Hide when for the opposite behavior. This example uses Only allow when.

## 4\. Select the services

Select Add condition, then Specific services, and open Select services. Search for and select the exact service; this example uses قص. You may select more than one. Click outside the list or press Escape to return to the rule.

## 5\. Set mixed-cart behavior

Under Cart contents, choose Only selected services if every item must belong to the selection. Choose Contains any selected service if one matching item is enough. This example uses the first option.

## 6\. Optionally add an amount condition

Add an Order total condition if needed. Enter Minimum and Maximum as appropriate. This example uses 50 and 500 with and, so the service and amount conditions must both match. If no amount limit is needed, keep only the service condition.

## 7\. Name and save the rule

Enter Name in the current language. Review Preview, the selected methods, services and amounts, then select Save and wait for success. Editing an existing rule saves changes to that same rule.

## 8\. Review the saved restriction

Open Payment restrictions and check the name, summary and activation switch. If inactive, confirm that its payment methods are available before enabling it. Select the name to correct the rule.

## 9\. Check the customer payment page

Open the payment page used for a matching order and confirm the method appears. The picture shows an order payment link for قص at 50 SAR. Also test a nonmatching case and a mixed cart, checking a suitable alternative. Reviewing the options is enough to check availability; you do not need to complete a payment.

## Result

The saved restriction and its activation switch appear, and the customer’s available payment methods reflect the services and conditions.

Payment methods selects which methods this restriction affects. Allowing online payment for a service does not make that service online-only: other methods still follow their own settings and restrictions. Mada, Visa and MasterCard share one selection; Apple Pay is separate.

Only allow when offers the selected methods only if the conditions match. Hide when removes them when the conditions match. Hiding Pay at branch for a particular service is different from limiting online payment to that service.

Specific services selects individual names. Service type selects a category such as reservations, subscriptions, merchandise, gift cards or packages. Do not select all reservations if you mean one service. You can select several services within one condition.

With Only allow when, Only selected services requires every cart item to belong to your selection. A cart containing قص plus an unselected service does not match. Contains any selected service requires at least one selected service and permits other services alongside it.

With Hide when, any selected service in the cart satisfies the service condition. The whole cart does not have to belong to the selection. Read Preview after changing Effect because the meaning changes.

For multiple conditions, and means All must match; or means Any one matches. A service condition and a 50–500 amount condition require both. Choosing or can allow an unrelated service because the amount condition alone matches.

Order total is an amount condition, not an individual service’s price. Enter Minimum, Maximum or both. Minimum must not exceed Maximum, and the endpoints are included: 50 matches 50–500. When replacing a number, select the entire old value, type the new number and check the displayed result before saving.

On an order payment link, the amount condition uses the amount requested for payment, including the remaining balance or the amount specified by a partial link. For example, a minimum of 50 allows a full link requesting 50, but not a partial link requesting 25 for the same order. Test the actual link rather than relying on the original order total alone.

All active restrictions apply together. Another rule can hide a method even when this rule matches. Review all restrictions on that method when troubleshooting; an additional allowance does not override another hiding rule.

A restriction does not activate an inactive provider. Apple Pay also depends on the customer’s device and browser, while Tamara and Tabby have their own requirements and limits. Service selection is not the only factor in payment availability.

Pay at branch is an option in the appropriate order-checkout flow. An order payment link shows available online methods; enabling Pay at branch does not add a cash-payment button to that online link.

Saving successfully is not enough. Verify a suitable payment option for matching, nonmatching and mixed carts. If every method disappears, disable the new restriction or correct its conditions and test again. You do not need to enter card details just to check availability.

Name identifies the rule in administration. Enter a name in the language you are currently using, such as Online payment — haircut. You can add its other-language name through the language selector. Service names remain as entered, even when the interface language changes.

To edit, select the rule’s name or choose Edit from its Actions menu. For a temporary pause, use the rule’s own switch; avoid turning off the entire payment method. To remove it, choose Delete from its Actions menu and verify the name in the confirmation.
