# Change the order of homepage sections on your Rekaz website

Select the section in the preview and use its up or down arrow to move it one position. Repeat as needed, select Save Changes, and check the live website.

The section order determines what customers see first. You can place packages before bookings when each has a separate section. This example moves the existing service-details section above the hero using the same controls.

## Before you start

Open Website Builder from the Rekaz dashboard, then select the homepage under Pages.

- Use an account that can edit the website and save changes, and confirm the correct business website.

- Identify the section and its intended position. Check the current order before changing it.

## 1\. Select the homepage

Open Website Builder, select Pages, and choose the homepage. Its saved name may be الرئيسية, as in the example. Check that the address at the top is the site root rather than a custom-page path.

## 2\. Select and move the section

Select the required section in the preview to show its outline and movement controls. Use the up arrow to move it earlier or the down arrow to move it later. Here, we select the section headed ماذا نقدم ؟ and move it up once.

## 3\. Check the new position

Confirm that the section is before or after the intended section and repeat the move if needed. The up arrow becomes disabled when the section reaches the top, as shown. Check that you moved the correct content.

## 4\. Save the page order

Select Save Changes at the top and wait for the success message. If you undo an already saved move, save again to update the website.

## 5\. Verify the live website

Select Visit Website and confirm the new section position. Check desktop, mobile and the other language. In the example, ماذا نقدم ؟ now appears before مركز الدعم, with both sections retaining their content.

## Result

The section appears in its new homepage position with its content preserved.

The arrows move the entire section, including its heading, text, images or service list. This operation does not edit service prices, bookings or subscription records.

To place packages before bookings, move the package section above the booking section when they are separate sections. If both appear within one list, these arrows move the whole list; changing individual items or separating them requires editing the section content.

Page section order is different from menu-link order or the categories inside a service list. Check that you selected the intended section outline in the preview.

Each click moves a section one position. The up arrow is disabled at the first position and the down arrow at the last. Stop when the preview order is correct.

If the arrows are missing, select the section. If another section is being edited, return using its title at the top of the side panel, then select the required section. The shown arrows apply to content sections; the shared header and footer have separate settings.

Use Undo to reverse a recent move, or use the opposite arrow. If the new order was already saved, select Save Changes after undoing it so the live website returns to the earlier order too.

Changing the builder language does not translate text you entered. Existing section names can remain Arabic in the English interface. Page order applies to the shared sections, so check both language versions.

Check Mobile preview and Desktop preview, then open the actual website. Content within a section can arrange itself differently on different screen sizes; verify the order and accessibility of the sections.

Wait for the success message after Save Changes. If the website still shows the old order, refresh it after a short interval and confirm that you opened the correct homepage. The editor preview alone does not prove what visitors see.
