# How do I check a delayed bank transfer in Rekaz?

Rekaz Pay includes a Deposits history page for reviewing settlement records. You can use the date filter, Settlement Date, and Net amount to locate and check a bank transfer.

  

The current interface does not show the View details action, a Late status, or separate settlement amount and fee fields. It therefore cannot confirm whether a transfer is delayed from within this screen.

  

# Steps

1.  From the main sidebar, select Rekaz Pay.
    
    _The Rekaz Pay area opens._
    
2.  Select Deposits history.
    
    _The Deposits history page opens._
    
3.  Select a date to narrow the settlement records, if needed.
    
    _The date selector is available for filtering the deposits list._
    
4.  Review the Settlement Date for the relevant settlement in the deposits list.
    
    _The settlement-date column is visible for comparing the listed transfer record._
    
5.  Review the Net amount shown for the relevant settlement.
    
    _The net-amount column is visible for the listed settlement record._

**Step 2:** Open Deposits history in Rekaz Pay.

# If the bank transfer is still delayed

  

If the displayed status remains Late or the transfer details do not match what you expected, contact Rekaz support for assistance.

  

Do not share passwords, full payment card details, API secrets, or customer-sensitive information when requesting help.
