# How do I view Subscription Reports in Rekaz?

Subscription Reports brings subscription counts, renewals, expiry, revenue, and longer-term analysis into one report.

  

Set the date and status first so every summary card uses the scope you intend to review.

  

# Steps

1.  Open Reports from the Rekaz navigation.
    
    _The Reports catalog opens._
    
2.  Select Subscription Reports.
    
    _The Subscription Reports page opens._
    
3.  Select Custom date and choose the reporting period.
    
    _The subscription report uses the selected period._
    
4.  Select All and choose the subscription status you want, or leave All selected to include every status.
    
    _The intended subscription-status scope is selected._
    
5.  Select Search.
    
    _The report refreshes using the selected date and status._
    
6.  Under Executive Summary, review Total Subscriptions Count and the related active, renewal, expired, and revenue cards.
    
    _The main subscription metrics are visible for the selected scope._

The Executive Summary can include Total Subscriptions Count, Active Subscriptions, expired subscriptions, renewals, and Total Subscription Revenue.
