# How do I check a customer’s subscription before Check In in Rekaz?

Rekaz Attendance Gate supports checking customers in and out using a mobile number, QR code, or customer ID. It also offers a manual checklist for today’s reservations and subscriptions.

  

The current interface does not show a subscription-status or subscription-date review within Attendance Gate, nor does it show a Check In control after that review. Use the Subscriptions screen to locate the customer’s subscription and review the available status and details before using your organisation’s attendance process.

  

# Steps

1.  From the Rekaz sidebar, select Attendance Gate.
    
    _The Attendance Gate area opens._
    
2.  Confirm that Attendance Gate supports identifying customers by mobile number, QR code, or customer ID.
    
    _The attendance screen states that customers can be checked in and checked out using these identification methods._
    
3.  On the Subscriptions screen, select the search field and enter the customer’s name, mobile number, or subscription number.
    
    _You can use the customer/subscription search field to locate the relevant subscription record._
    
4.  Review the available subscription status and details for the located record before continuing with your attendance process.
    
    _The Subscriptions screen is identified as the place to monitor customer subscriptions, statuses, and details._

The source documents checking the customer’s subscription details manually. It does not provide a verified configuration flow for automatically restricting Attendance Gate access to active subscribers only.
