# How do I send a notification to Loyalty Customers in Rekaz? Source: https://help.rekaz.io/en/articles/16425296-how-do-i-send-a-notification-to-loyalty-customers-in-rekaz Updated: 2026-08-23 The current campaign form uses Targeted Audience rather than a fixed button named Loyalty Customers. Prepare or select a customer group that represents your loyalty audience; do not assume every customer belongs to it. Review the audience, schedule, content, and WhatsApp anti-spam warning before saving or starting the campaign. # Steps 1. Open Marketing Tools from the Rekaz navigation. _The Marketing Tools area opens._ 2. Open Campaigns. _The Campaigns list opens._ 3. Select New Campaign. _The campaign creation form opens._ 4. Enter a clear internal name under Campaign Name\*. _The campaign can be identified later in the Campaigns list._ 5. Select Targeted Audience and choose the saved group that represents Loyalty Customers. _The intended loyalty audience group is selected._ 6.
