# How do I stop WhatsApp rating request messages in Rekaz?

To stop WhatsApp rating request messages in Rekaz, open Customer Reviews from Marketing Tools, go to Settings, turn off WhatsApp Rating Request, and save your changes.

  

This setting controls whether customers receive rating requests through WhatsApp.

  

# Steps

1.  From the signed-in Rekaz dashboard, select \*\*Marketing Tools\*\* in the sidebar.
    
    _The Marketing Tools area opens._
    
2.  Select \*\*Customer Reviews\*\*.
    
    _The Customer Reviews page opens._
    
3.  Open \*\*Settings\*\*.
    
    _Customer Reviews settings are displayed._
    
4.  Turn off the \*\*WhatsApp Rating Request\*\* option.
    
    _The WhatsApp Rating Request option is disabled._
    
5.  Select \*\*Save Settings\*\*.
    
    _Your updated Customer Reviews settings are saved._
