# How do I create a new order in Rekaz? Source: https://help.rekaz.io/en/articles/16425196-how-do-i-create-a-new-order-in-rekaz Updated: 2026-08-15 Create an internal order in Rekaz from Orders. Choose a registered Customer or use Walk-In, confirm the Branch, then add an existing product or service or enter a Manual item. The order is not created until you review the Invoice summary and select Submit. # Steps 1. Select Orders in the Rekaz sidebar. _The Orders page opens._ 2. Select Create New Order. _The new-order form opens._ 3. Choose a Customer, or select Walk-In when the sale is not assigned to a saved customer. Confirm the Branch before adding items. _The order shows the selected customer treatment and branch._ 4. Select Add New Item. _The item-type menu opens._ 5. To add an existing Rekaz item, select Product / service. _The product and service selector opens._ 6. Choose All, Reservations, Subscriptions, Packages, Merchandise, or Gifts to limit the item type. _Only items from the selected type are shown._ 7. Use Search for service... to find the item, then select its card. _The selected product or service is added to the unsaved order._ 8. To add a custom line instead, select Add New Item again. _The item-type menu opens again._ 9. Select Manual item. _The Add custom item dialog opens._ 10. Enter a clear Name for the custom item. _The required custom-item name is entered._ 11. Enter its Price and Quantity. _The custom-item price and quantity are entered._ 12. Optional: enter a Discount, SKU, or Description when the manual line needs one. _The optional custom-item details are entered._ 13. Select Add. _The manual item is added to the unsaved order._ 14. Review Invoice summary and select Apply discount only when the whole order needs a discount. _The order totals, tax, and any order discount are ready for final review._ 15.
