# How do I temporarily pause subscriptions or packages for multiple customers in Rekaz? Source: https://help.rekaz.io/en/articles/16425182-how-do-i-temporarily-pause-subscriptions-or-packages-for-multiple-customers-in-rekaz Updated: 2026-08-19 Rekaz supports a bulk pause from the Subscriptions and Packages lists. Select the active records first; Quick Action remains disabled until at least one row is selected. The current Packages menu also says Pause Subscription, while its confirmation dialog says Pause selected packages. Only active records are included in the pause. # Steps 1. Open Subscriptions or Packages. _The selected customer-record list opens._ 2. Select the checkbox for each active subscription or package that should pause. _The selected rows are checked and Quick Action is enabled._ 3. Select Quick Action. _The bulk-action menu opens._ 4. Select Pause Subscription. On Packages, the next dialog is titled Pause selected packages. _The bulk pause dialog opens._ 5. Set Paused date. _The pause start date is selected._ 6. Optional: set Resume date for automatic resumption. _The resume date is selected or left empty._ 7. Enter Reason for pausing. _The reason is recorded with the pause._ 8. Choose Counts toward allowance or Doesn't count toward allowance. _The pause allowance follows the selected treatment._ 9.
