# How do I renew a customer subscription in Rekaz? Source: https://help.rekaz.io/en/articles/16425178-how-do-i-renew-a-customer-subscription-in-rekaz Updated: 2026-08-20 Renew Subscription creates a new subscription period from the existing customer subscription. Review the current end date and the proposed new period before continuing. The renewal uses a second Payment stage and finishes with Create. Closing the dialog leaves the current subscription unchanged. # Steps 1. Select Subscriptions and locate the customer subscription to renew. _The correct subscription row is visible._ 2. Select Actions in that row. _The subscription Actions menu opens._ 3. Select Renew Subscription. _The renewal dialog opens and shows the current subscription end date._ 4. Set New subscription start date. _The renewal start date is selected._ 5. Optional: enable Customize when the calculated New subscription end date must be changed. _The renewal end-date setting follows your selection._ 6. Select Next. _The renewal Payment stage opens._ 7. Review Subtotal and Order total, and open Manual discount / Coupon only when needed. _The renewal price and any discount are ready for confirmation._ 8. Choose Payment Method.
